No amenities- a kettle and tea/coffee sachets would have helped. The breakfast choices were very limited. Some staff at reception helpful and friendly but not all.

Avoid this hotel if you can! I had a deeply troubling experience during my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Copenhagen City. My Apple AirPods, which I had left visibly on the center of the room table, were discarded by the housekeeping staff and later found in the hotel’s external bin station. There was no safe provided in the room, and the security of the belongs are not guaranteed in the room. The hotel is putting a position that guests should fear leaving their belongings in the rooms. So avoid this hotel if you could.

Service seem bothered to help, storing luggage costs $5 a day and breakfast is not really appealing. Rooms are really small and uncomfortable.

The worst part of the room was, the bathroom smelled really bad because of the sewer pipe in there.That was a serious issue stayed the hotel. Also around the hotel was noisy by young people gathering in the midnight, prevented us well for good sleep.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Very close to the train station and the city centre. Rooms with nice furniture and all you need to sleep. A clear recommendation

My family and I only stayed here 1 night because we had a long layover in Copenhagen so we did not spend too much time in the hotel, but we slept very well and the room was very comfortable. I would stay here again if I make a longer trip to Copenhagen. Staff was very friendly.

Very well-located and clean hotel, close to Tivoli Park. The receptionists are very friendly. Just one observation, the shower box is at the same level as the bathroom floor, which causes water to spill over to the rest of the bathroom.

Dusche ist sehr klein und schmutzig, das Wasser spritzt überall. Man kann kaum duschen, da das Wasser mit einem niedrigen Druck rauskommt. Matratzen sind sehr unbequem! Draußen nachts ist sehr laut. Die Gegend ist nickt so schön, Rotlicht Milieu! Vor dem Hotel stehen Frauen, die Sex gegen Geld anbieten.

Prima hotel, zeker voor de prijs. Wel was er de eerste nacht veel geschreeuw buiten. Het is zeker niet de rustigste omgeving

Hotel ist einfach aber modern ausgestattet. Alles dat. Lage super zentral am Bahnhof und zu Metro. Zimmer war zu dritt etwas eng und Bad ist auch etwas klein. Aber alles sauber und Empfang sehr nett.

Tyckte rummet var bekvämt och stort, badrummet väldigt fräscht och fint. Skulle definitivt rekommendera till andra!

Very small room, very basic. Had to lean over bed to open bathroom door, easy to bash head or arms on TV hanging from the wall right by the door. Bathroom has shower essentially over the toilet, so always water everywhere, over toilet roll, toilet, towels. Shower curtain doesn't cover anything. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating.

Goed bereikbaar, vlakbij de metro. Ruime kamer met kleine maar ok badkamer. Kamers zijn wel gehorig.

Overall everything cost! Doesn’t feel like a VIP property as they don’t acknowledge and don’t offer anything unless asked! Not welcoming either! For the price paid I would definitely stay somewhere else
