If you are going with family this is a great place to visit I don’t recommend if you are like party type of person this is more like calm really family friendly resort. Everyone is really nice really helpful food it’s ok not bad but not the best but it’s good. It’s pretty clean rooms are good for the prices I says I’ll give them a 4 star.

The food was not very good. The variety was not there.

For starters, our room had cockroaches — my family and I saw several on the floor, in the bathroom, and in the closet. The beds were hard as a rock, which was very unpleasant. My kids and I had a hard time sleeping because of it. During our entire stay, the main bar had a strong smell of vomit. Another issue was the inconsistency in the drinks, especially the piña coladas. It seemed like VIP guests received much better versions, while the rest of us were served something that was watery and unpleasant — it was honestly terrible. Lastly, the resort was extremely crowded. I didn’t mind the number of people, but I was disappointed that there was only one children’s pool, and it was so full that there was barely any room for my kids to swim. I really wish there had been at least one more pool for children. What we noticed instead was that there were several adult-only pools and not enough options for families with kids. This was our first time visiting this resort, and unfortunately, it will also be our last.

El servicio es bueno la propiedad limpia todo bien efectos la comida mala repiten demaciado la misma comida poca variedad

Encantada, muy limpio, el servicio excelente, mi única queja sería la poca variedad en el bufet, era muy repetitivo el menú quizas por la temporada pero el sabor muy bueno.

La comida debiera ser mejor

The one who cleaned my room didn't clean it well. She left me empty water bottles in the room, a plastic cup with a little tequila, and the box where the razor came from was empty, and she had to leave me a new shave.

La estadía estuvo bien, la comida era buen y los restaurantes a la carta muy buenos, el buffet también y suele ser variado lo que menos me gustó fue la atención de los trabajadores en su mayoría fueron bastante pedantes

you get what you pay for: the photos are definitely when the property was new. it’s maintained enough to make it function but no way near the photos.
