This place has 3 floors but not elevator that’s was difficult for my cause I have kidney transplant and most of the staff are not friendly a resection?you re feeling not welcome and your don’t get WiFi connection that’s not expected in a 5 star hotel

Hola, el dinero que cobran por usar la caja fuerte deben de informarlo cuando se hace el Check in ya que luego que se está en la habitación mientras no se realice el pago No van ha la habitación a abrirla , como si el huésped se fuera ha ir de la propiedad por 6 dólares , deben de modificar esa política de la propiedad que si No lo informan en el Check in hasta en el Check out pueden cobrar ese uso, gracias.

First of all. The ac was leaking in every room. They fist put us in one where there was a puddle of water at the entrance of the room. The pools were very dated and I even cut my toe. The food. Oh man. Just very bland and not enough variety.its literally the same food everyday. Their snack bar was non existent. To call yourself a resort and lack common decency is insane. The drinks were terrible. Water taste better than what they offered. I regret staying here.

La reserva que hice no fue lo que yo esperaba,la habitación no fue lo que pedí y estaba al lado de la planta de tratamiento y eso era 24 horas encendida,en la entrada aún enseñando la reservación no nos quieran dar acceso a las instalaciones, cuando llamé para pedir traslado del aeropuerto al hotel me dijeron que no tenían transporte al igual que para regresar al aeropuerto pero las personas que estaban hospedada al igual que yo si les ofrecieron transporte y eso fue muy desagradable Creo que en mis próximas vacaciones visitaré otras opciones hoteleras!!!

The property itself is really nice. It’s a bunch of hotels in one property. The staff is very nice too. They gave us a room which was in a lower level. The room was humid and smelled of mildew. We had no internet service the whole stay. By the time they decided to check if it was fixed (which it wasn’t) was the night before we left. When you go to this property they try to sell you a membership. They called us on the room phone and said after breakfast they had a present for us. They take you to the membership office where someone tries to sell you a membership. After their sales pitch they give you a bottle of rum. When you’re leaving this place someone else picks you up to supposedly take you to your room but instead they say since you sat through that presentation they want to give you a tshirt. They took us to another location where the guy here was so rude and pushy. At this point our whole morning and afternoon was wasted. We said no a thousand times to the membership but we’re still being pushed and insulted by the second guy. It was really disgusting. I would never stay at this property again. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone neither.

The check in was very slow, kept telling us to come back while we watched 2 bus loads of locals getting rooms after arriving 1/2 hour after we did. hot water only ,3 days out of ten, put on 70 year old folks on top floor.

Este creo sera mi último viaje a este complejo desde la ubicación a los ciudadanos de una oferta hasta el servicio de la propiedad a decaido demasiado lo estado visitando 4 años consecutivos en diferentes resort de los cofresi el teléfono de la habitación nunca funcionó lo reporte no lo arreglaron solo pusieron 2 botellas de agua en el refrigerador el dia anterior de los 4 que duro mi estancia enviaron 1 refresco y 2 servesas el llavin de la puerta del baño estaba dañado lo reporte 2 dias después lo repararon en esa area del resort es la peor hay demasiado escándalos hasta las 3 de la madrugada personas hablando y haciendo todo tipo de ruido la comida estaba con mal sabor y de mala calidad solo sirve el desayuno en el resort resident y la comida de los restaurantes a la carta

I booked this resort for my parents, hoping they would enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Unfortunately, their experience was far from what we expected. The first bedroom given was dirty and had a bad smell. When we requested a change, the second room had a very similar problem. It took two changes to finally get them into a somewhat acceptable room, which was frustrating and stressful. The buffet served the same food every day with little to no variety. This quickly became repetitive and disappointing. The staff was attentive and kind, but overall impression left they very unsatisfied.

Es ideal para familias, el personal de la playa VIP es exelente al igual que el personal que estuvo el miercoles al medio dia en el Pilon. el hotel tranquilo debido a la temporada, que no me gusto.. el servicio del Guest Service
