Avignon Grand Hotel is welcoming with hospitable staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is nicely situated in proximity to the attractions and train stations. We had a very pleasant stay.

Un cauchemard! Odeurs d'égouts toutes la nuit dans la chambre,nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres grandes ouvertes !!! Déçu de l'exposition de la chambre nous avions choisi d'avoir un balcon celui-ci donnait sur le toit d'une bâtisse et le pire ne s'arrête pas là car nous avions vu sur la Gare,donc vu sur les trains + bruit. . La pire nuit de notre vie entre les odeurs et le bruit du passage des trains. Lors de notre départ bien sûr nous l'avons signalé,car nous aurions aimé être prévenus lors de notre arrivée du vis à vis et des odeurs !!! C'est tout de même un hôtel quatre étoiles !!!! Nous séjournons toujours dans des hôtels quatre étoiles et nous n'avons jamais vécu un tel désastre.

Chambre spacieuse

You cannot adjust the temperature in the room. The A/C only allows you to adjust the fan, which is very noisy when turning it up. The breakfast is poor and options are very limited. You can see fruit flies around at the food area.
