Perfect Location Excellent Service!

The added breakfast buffet was a good idea to add for my stay, didn’t have to leave the property much other than dinner and snacks. Clean room, very nice staff, and clean property. Right on the beach you can walk to and from. Not the hotels fault but seaweed season happened to start when I went, I still managed to go to Isla mujeres to escape it. I would definitely stay again!

Clean and very large bright rooms. Large patios. Beautiful pool and groundskeeping. Palapa ocean side were wonderful and restaurant and drinks were top notch.

Since the beginning I had problem to get my invoice, they said that you must give it to me. Finally they accepted to invoice me

Es nuestro hotel favorito en Cancún . Lamentablemente la playa no era del color que conocemos. Esperemos que la proxima vez regrese el tono turquesa a la playa.

La ubicación súper conveniente en la zona hotelera, con transporte público casi en la puerta . Además se llega caminando a la zona comercial y de vida nocturna . Todo muy limpio . Peeeero el tema es el sargazo en el mar . No pudimos meternos al mar por lo mismo. Una pena .

Good ocean view, well maintained garden and beach, good breakfast, near to Forum mall by taxi, public bus service all available. Fully secured and good for family stay.

Overall I like this property: the room was a little outdated and very simple, but clean. I like the breakfast it was delicious and they changed the menu every day.The location was very convenient.The only big disappointment was the ocean, which was full of sargasso this time.

Hemos estado 4 veces en este lugar y cada dia me gusta mas, la limpieza en todo el recinto , la comida , el staff todo maravilloso . Esperamos volver , cuando no haya sargazo.. Cerca de Playa tortuga para ir a Isla Mujeres.
