I always stay at Taj in HYD. Usually at Taj Deccan . This time tried Krishna . The buffet was very average. I love the food and buffet at Taj deccan and was expecting same or better at Taj krishana but disoppointed.

Room was smaller than I expected but was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities. The front desk staff and the bellman were courteous and very helpful. They had a lovely swimming pool and a garden trail at the back of the Taj.

The staff and rooms were great! Some of the public areas could have been cleaner, but overall a great stay.

Love this hotel. Have stayed here for pretty much every Hyderabad visit over the past 10 years. The bathrooms do need an update - caulking around showers etc, but service and cleanliness cannot be matched.

Room was clean. Our stay was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Food was great.

Staff were excellent! MEGHA MONDAL at the reception, was especially superb and highly professional in helping me with all my several check-ins/check-outs. She was really outstanding and highly helpful with various late check-ins during my local travels. I found her exceptional and easy to communicate and glad that Taj Krishna has such superb staff with warm professional skills. Overall, I found Taj Krishna a great place to stay and felt "at home" when visiting Hyderabad, India. Thank you all and Megha for making it a wonderful stay. See you next time soon. Our weekend stay at Taj Krishna Hyderabad was truly special. Heartfelt thanks to Ms. Harmanpreet for the warm welcome, thoughtful room upgrade, the birthday cake for our daughter, and the delightful surprise gifts for the kids. A big appreciation to Mr. Fayaz for his personal care and attention at the restaurant, ensuring our family – especially the little ones – had everything we needed. It’s inspiring to see such dedicated staff who have been with the hotel for so many years. The kindness and professionalism of your team made our stay memorable and filled with warmth. We had a wonderful stay here! From check in to check out, we were enveloped in luxury, beauty, and five star service. I would highly recommend this hotel when in Hyderabad!

The in room dining staff need to be extra efficient. They are very laid back and they look tired

Pool washrooms can be equipped better. Tiles around the pool get slippery, need consideration.
