Oda temiz personel fena değil

Shopping in the lower floor. Very clean room and hotel. Concierge knowledgeable and helpful.Restaurant very nice and good selection at breakfast buffet.

Sauna ve buhar banyosu oldukça yetersizdi.

Oda buyuk, yastiklar ve yatak konforlu, sicaksu iyi calisiyor, sadece oda havalandirma sistemi cok sesli, acik unutursaniz gece uyandirabilir

Oda güzel, çalışanlar güleryüzlü, kahvaltı çok lezzetli, yatak da çok rahattı. Süper uyudum.

The location is great — nearby shops are very convenient. Front desk staff are excellent — very professional and helpful. However, other staff members are just average, and the sauna and spa service staff are below average. Overall, it doesn’t fully feel like a 5-star hotel; more like something between 4 and 5 stars. Still, it’s the only good option in the city center.

Clean room, too crowded breakfast hall

Öncelikle otel konum itibariyle trabzon çarşısına direk çıkıyor ve bu en büyük artılardan. Odamız da güzel ve temizdi.

Çok memnun kaldık, temiz geniş odalar, iyi kahvaltı, güleryüzlü personel… Daha ne olsun. Resepsiyona ayrıca teşekkür ederiz, bizi erken gelip rica etmemiz üzerine odaya vaktinden önce aldılar ve odayı upgrade ettiler

Kesinlikle öneririm. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü, çok temiz, konforlu, konum olarak hemen merkezde

This is a fine hotel, noting spectacular, quite dated and showing the age. Great location. If the price is right, a good option.

It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room
