Although the age of this hotel is starting to show (e.g. the stairs to the second floor need a renovation) overall is a well maintained hotel

No elevator could be an issue for some folks.

Was very clean and had nice staff

Rooms were very clean and comfortable especially in the summer heat. Breakfast was subpar. The staff were very kind and helpful.

I really found the services excellent, very helpful, kind and friendly. The room was clean and even the housekeeping people were friendly. The only negative experience I had, was the toilet is too low. It's like it is better suited for a kids toilet and hard to get back up off. I think it's an old style toilet? But other than that, it was awesome! Thank you for making our experience a great experience there!

Very tired and in need of an upgrade. Dog hair and dirt in the floor, AC didn't work in August, door jamb had obviously been forced at some point and was splintered and then poorly repaired, toilet roll holder held on with tape, bath surround grout dirty, pillow smelled like someone had just slept in it, bed hard and lumpy.

Front desk staff were amazing very polite and friendly and efficient. Would stay here again just because of the staff :)

Clean room great breakfast!

Breakfast room was very small and crowded and there was no elevator

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion would be that they could be refreshed with a new coat of paint in certain areas. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have coffee and tea available 24/7. I would recommend this property and definitely would stay again. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating.

Our room was on the first floor outside the pool. We paid a little more for a jucuzzi tub and king bed. The room was nice and the bed comfy. My only complaint is that it was noisy. The room was right outside the pool so we had a lot of pool noise. Also we could hear footsteps, showers, etc in the room above us and they stayed up late and got up early. Not well insulated. If you are looking for quiet I’d suggest the 2nd floor away from the pool.

Breakfast was not very good and bathroom in room had strong urine smell

Clean and simple accommodation in the perfect location for travellers on Highway 1. Friendly staff, and the free breakfast is much appreciated. Would stay here again. Great value!
