The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, I just didn’t enjoy check-in was 4 o’clock, which is rather late, and check out at 11 AM which is average. I just felt for the money we weren’t there very long. We had a hockey game we were seeing which was far from the hotel. Hockey game started at four so we couldn’t check in until about 7 o’clock at night. So Wednesday there again. Would stay somewhere closer to either downtown Ottawa or Canadian tire Center.. It was close to neither. But the room was nice. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable, but had to pay for parking which you don’t in most other hotels in the middle of nowhere.. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel was amazing!!!! Loved the nightly Jazz restaurant/bar! Rooms were clean with a great balcony and view of the golf course.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail, from the lighting to the amenities, made it easy to relax and feel at home. Good day, Our stay at Brookstreet was great! Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff very good and friendly. The lounge bar is great with the jazz music 🎼! The snack menu is good especially the chicken bites!!!! Will be back ! Thank you Kathleen.
