No coffee downstairs in the morning. That was the straw that broke the camels back.

I book for the pool and location for my child’s cheer competition

Pool was down. Registered guests should have been notified prior to arrival . I chose hotel based on availability of pool

Fine enough if you’re staying short term, just a few things that were inconvenient. For example, pool was under maintenance and that was never communicated to us, many tv channels were not working and then breakfast was NOT included (which is on me for not paying attention at booking. I assumed since it was a Holiday Inn that it would be included like all the other Holidays are but it’s not).

We had a wonderful stay at our hotel. The staff is extremely welcoming and very good at their jobs!

Our only issue was no hot water in the shower. The desk person was aware, and had just reset the water heater.

We were not pleased with how far our room was from the main entrance

The TV was a small 30 inch? All hotel rooms I’ve been in lately have at least a 40 inch or more. Just seems weird

Overall, nothing fancy but perfectly adequate. Pros: Low cost, friendly and responsive staff, free airport shuttle/easy to schedule, comfy bed, clean. Cons: Room felt quite outdated, could hear through the wall easily particularly while in the bathroom, my room was right next to ice machine which didn’t work and was loud during the night.
