The hotel is convenient for all areas within Palma. Situated overlooking the marina, & close to the cruise terminal. Very friendly staff in all areas & an excellent pool area. Our room was cleaned daily. The only thing missing was padding on the sun loungers.

Nice hotel, room was basic but did the job. Probably in need of an upgrade soon. The two areas for improvement; Breakfast - no gluten free options Noise - for the 3 night stay, I was woken every night by noise outside ( I was on the 5th floor) and by drilling at 7am on a Friday morning on the pavement. Staff very friendly though and overall a decent option for a short break

Great location Relaxed breakfast area.

Great place. Located centrally with short walking distance to Palma marina and city center. Modern, well kept hotel with focus on customers (all the personel are smiling). Rooms with seaview are worth price and the poolarea are nice and clean with a decent poolbar. Two small things. It is also a businesshotel, so expect a great part of the hotelsguests to be conference guests. Breakfast it really good but the room is extremely noisy in rushhour. Lots of talking and service personel that is cleaning tables making noise of cups, plates and cutlery being hit together.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff. Restaurant (The Moss) deserves special mention as they were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms a tad bit small but view from our room was amazing! Woke up in paradise for 10 mornings straight! Palma is beautiful! Soooo clean!

Can't fault anything. We had a lovely stay.
