Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücksservice. Sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Minibar inklusive.

La ubicación está muy bien para conocer el centro. El personal es muy amable en todo momento y siempre te reciben con una sonrisa, todos de 10!! La habitación muy limpia, el desayuno variado y bien surtido, sin duda para repetir.

Not cleaned well

This hotel were excellent for a city hotel break. They were great with preparing food for our celiac daughter. Room Cleaned very well daily Pool was cold but lovely great spot in palma

Ett trevligt hotell med bra rum och utmärkt frukost.

Ideal property for location. Not ideal property if you value a great night sleep- our room was so loud, the walls were very thin you could hear everything next door and in the corridor which is disappointing. We did ask to move rooms but were not able to do so. Indoor pool and spa nice, however rooms could do with some modernising.

The hotel was amazing receptions were very nice couldn't do enough for you !! Decor was lovely , the rooftop bar, restaurant and pool were stunning !!

I felt the warmness of the staff and the rooms are amazing. The hotels had a good vibe around the place and good value for money as well and we will be booking again.

Great location and stylish hotel with fab roof top pool. Free mini bar drinks selection in your room is a lovely touch.

Reception staff at night not helpful

Very good service. The receptionist spoke very good English. They also helped us to book the private transfer from Palma airport to the hotel as per our request, it costs €34. They have welcome lolly pop and free tap water in the reception. The location is close to some pub, can easily get the food around. It is close to the big bus terminal, it's around 10 min walk, those buses can go to long journey e.g. Soller/ Pollenca etc . Private transfer from hotel to Alcudia is €110. Around 15-20 mins walk to cathedral, if it's not too hot, it is fine. Breakfast Hotel breakfast is around €42.5 for 2 adults and 1 child, baby is free. Buffet style breakfast is good. Orange juice is fresh squeezed. They have English breakfast, smoked salmon and Parma ham etc, plenty of choice Swimming pool They have 2 swimming pools. 1 at the top floor which is free. Good view and comfortable. 1 is at the basement which is €10 per person and booking is required. Sun bed is charged, it will be better if it can be free of charge with just booking required. Hotel room 8 free drinks a day. They refilled the drinks in the fridge everyday. They included 2 coke, 4 beer and 2 sparkling water The room is so clean. Bed is so comfortable and big enough for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. Cot bed and sofa bed are clean too. They provide 2 pairs of sleepers which are comfortable too. Shower is good. Hot and cold water, no issues. Toiletries are normal.

駅・バス停に近く、静かで立地が良かった。４人１部屋のダブルベッドとソファベッドで、部屋は狭かったがベッドの大きさは十分だった。部屋のミニバーは無料で水やジュースが入っていた。 チェックイン前・チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりや着替え部屋を用意してくれたり、タクシーの手配も快く受け付けてくれたりスタッフの対応がとても良かった。朝食はつけなかったので内容は分からないが、周りにカフェがたくさんあった。
