We had 2 rooms (adjoining). The heater took a long time to work. The other room's heater did not work. They had a portable heater that did not heat the room enough. The room was small. The hotel offers robes and slippers. It is a small hotel. They do offer filtered water. The staff was helpful. The area is close to transportation, restaurants. The area by the hotel is a little untidy.

Beautiful hotel. Small rooms but that’s to be expected at a boutique hotel. Located on a dark and dirty alley/street, but otherwise conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Paris! The room was beautiful and surprisingly spacious, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is ideal for discovering Paris, with so much within easy reach, and the breakfast offered excellent quality and great value. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Clean room, great location and fabulous breakfast, but what makes this place special is the staff. Simply wonderful. They were brilliant with our kids, informative, helpful, kind and thoughtful. 100% recommend.

What a wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was great with a nice selection and fresh croissants everyday from a local bakery. Would 10 of 10 stay again and again!

The hotel staff is what makes this hotel. They were very pleasant and welcoming from the beginning. They asked us questions about our planned activities and when we let them know we were doing a walking tour in the crazy heat they made sure we were supplied with refreshing canned spray to help stay cool. Breakfast is fresh and amazing. I didn’t plan on having it there but it turned out to be worth it. Great location for the metros. There are restaurants nearby and a franprix a few doors down. This is near the Opera area (A9). We were a party of 3 and was happy they had a triple bed room. They had a bottle of water inside and refillable station downstairs. 20/10 would highly recommend.

マネージャーのナタリアがとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。 部屋はコンパクトに、必要なものが置いてありました。 　ただ気になったのは、私の部屋のセキュリティボックスが持ち運びできるようになっていたこたとドアの覗き穴がなかったことです。 　場所は、オペラ座やラファイエットにも近く便利でした。空港送迎も連携した送迎会社があり､問題なく利用できました。朝食も無料でコンチネンタルスタイルで楽しめました。

Staff were so kind and welcoming at all times of day, which as a solo traveler, put me at ease. They upgraded me to a larger room and provided a complimentary Evian misting canister to help beat the heat wave. A very positive experience overall. I usually stay in the 2nd but chose to be a little more central this time and the location was so ideal. I’d definitely come back due to the ease of metro access, and proximity to Saint Honore/Ritz/Coste/Louvre/Printemps. Great neighbourhood.

All the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the metro stations which were Madeleine and Opera.

All the staff were fantastic, room was great and location is right next to great restaurants and transit.

We booked Hotel Basile for its central location within Paris - just a few blocks from Palais Garnier and La Madeleine. The hotel itself was fine, no complaints! The room and bathroom were a bit small but since we only stayed for two nights, it was not a big deal and we were able to make do. The front desk staff were really lovely.
