Die Lage ist 1A. So ein wundervoller Blick über den Rhein. Ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Phantastisch.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area overlooking the Rhine river. Sitting outdoors was a lovely touch. The hotel is on the older side and could use a bit of a refresh to bring it up to a 4 star hotel. The staff was polite, but did not go out of their way to help . Needs a bit of attention .

Die Lage am Rhein und zur Innenstadt ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer und Betten sehr gut. Wir konnten in der Tiefgarage parken und dort auch unsere Räder abstellen. Die Lage ist ideal zu Fuß in die Altstadt, dem Rheinufer mit den Schiffsableger direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

The staff is excellent and always eager to find a solution. Friendly and courteous in all situations. From reception to breakfast service - always a smile on their lips and a friendly word. Great!

The sauna is best.

It’s a very nice location, you can walk easily on the river sidewalk, walk to the old city, the botanical garden, the train station, or the museums.

Ein großartiges Hotel mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Service und aufmerksamem Personal. Die Junior Suite war ein Highlight – großzügig geschnitten, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Rhein. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Jag kom ganska sent till hotellet. Hotellet har eget parkeringshus i samma byggnad vilket är riktigt bra. Möttes av trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Rummet var riktigt bra. Stort och rent. Dock dålig utsikt, vilket inte spelade någon roll då det var mörkt ute. Frukosten var helt ok. Lite dåligt med urval av bröd (bara vitt toastbröd) . Fanns inte heller större utbud av grönsaker. I övrigt bra service av restaurang personalen samt rent. Fantastisk utsikt över floden.

A very good place to stay and in a walkable distance to all important places in town centre. A tasty breakfast, if you’re big group, get down early enough to get a nice table with a view at the Rhein river.

Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a short weekend trip. However, one thing that bothered me was the dust under the table, an area that is usually out of sight.

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegens Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful town and beautiful rooms. Not overly large, but large by European standards.
