Rating & Review Keseluruhan Mabre Residence Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this conveniently-located hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Our older relatives had some trouble getting in and out of the bathtub - it was a very high step - so if mobility is an issue, request a walk-in shower room instead. Also, there's no elevator, although the staff were more than happy to carry bags up and down. Overall a good stay.

Only negative was the bathroom fan vent was noisy and needed servicing

Not the cleanest Spa area. Also very cold water in the pool. There where hair in the toilet area when i arrived and paper in the bin.

Very beautiful building in a wonderful location right next to the Orthodox Church of Theotokos and minutes from St Anne’s and the Cathedral. Quiet, relaxing and a lovely place for a short stay. Would recommend.

Sijainti hyvä. Olimme varanneet huoneen 3 hengelle ja piti olla vuodesohva. Huoneessa olikin vain nojatuoli. Varavuode järjestyi onneksi nopeasti. Kylpylässä altaan vesi oli aika kylmää ja saunaa ei oltu lämmitetty, seuraavana päivänä oli kuitenkin lämmin. Aamiainen oli herkullinen.

Older facilities need an update, should advise there is no lift for a 3 story building. Bathroom door kept banging, fixed with a towel.

Nice quiet place within short reach from the airport.

I liked this hotel. A great location and the best bed ever! I slept so well. Beware that u have to buy slipper for 5 euros if u don’t have your own in order to use the pool. Overall great place!

We stayed one night (Monday) with our 14 year old and 11 year old. Room had character with a nice attic room with beams, boys on sofa beds in the separate living space which worked well. Easy to walk from train station and then around old town and happily kept our luggage until check in time. We didn’t use much in way of facilities, just the room, which had everything we needed for one night stay.

The location is really good, but the staff was not friendly. The room is old and the air conditioner was not working.

Rymligt, rent och nyinrett rum, stort badrum med dusch och badkar och mycket plats. Smidig parkering på innergård.

Excellent Staff and great location.

We booked one night and paid extra for the spa, having high expectations for the trip. The spa had mold in it, both visible and we could definitely smell it. It was very disappointing and upsetting the pay extra for an unusable spa. When complaining to the staff, he did not understand at all what we meant and did not care. The room and breakfast was okay, clean but not 4-star hotel quality.

Perfect location for a stay in Vilnius. Apart from seeing reception we didn't see any of the other facilities of the hotel as we were out all the time (perfect location after all). Would definitely stay again

Hotellet är klassificerat med fyra stjärnor men är gammalt, lite nedgånget och behöver en renovering. Nästan kalla duschar. Jag bokade ett rum med dubbelsäng men fick två enkelsängar istället. Ingen städning varje dag men byte av handdukar. Frukostserveringen är bra med fint utbud. Hotellets läge är mycket bra, nära Gamla Stan. Hotellets personal är vänlig och försöker hjälpa till så mycket de kan.

Staff are very helpful. Location is perfect and walkable anywhere in the old town.
