Looks a bit old outside, but interior is modern and clean, great aircon, excellent restaurant for breakfast as well as numerous cafes outside, right next to the bridge; secure parking at 19 per night.

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Biscaya Brücke und fußläufig zur Metro. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schönen Gebäude und das Zimmer war sauber, groß und alles war vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und Kaffee gibt es kostenlos bei der Rezeption. Ich hatte einen schönen Ausblick und man kann im Hotel nett draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hatte ich nicht, dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte in der Gegend. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Zeer goede service van receptiepersoneel die de standaard hoog willen houden en klanten een uitstekende service willen geven. Uitgebreid ontbijt al mag dat wel voor deze prijs

Behulpzaam personeel

We had a river view and it was absolutely stunning, it’s only a tiny balcony or some rooms just a railing at an open door but the view is amazing. The hotel was clean and stylish with a coffee/tea machine in reception. The buffet breakfast was beautiful, everything was presented great. I would totally recommend this hotel and hope to be back one day.

Le personnel est adorable, à l'écoute et très disponible. La chambre, superbe, spacieuse bien aménagée, lit très confortable. L'hôtel est idéalement placé, avec, au pied du bâtiment un long promenoir qui longe le canal jusqu'à la mer, et le "pont de traversée" pour aller sur l'autre rive à quelques pas. Plein de petit restos très proches de l'hôtel et un parking à qq mètres. On a adoré notre séjour

Hotel beautiful and the staff very friendly. Our room with the sea view was unexpected but absolutely amazing. The only thing was that there no facilities to make tea and coffee in the room. There was a vending machine in the lobby which we were advised was free to use but unfortunately it was out of order for the entire time of our trip.

Spotlessly clean, beds were super comfy and the bed linen was luxurious. Plentiful toiletries and they smelt gorgeous. Well located on the river by the bridge.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The views of the river were lovely. The room was beautifully clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The highlight of our holiday!

A hospedagem é distante de Bilbao mas foi bom para conhecer Portugalete. A academia tinha restrição de horário e não foi possível usar. Mas a hospedagem era muito boa! Fomos bem atendidos e recebidos.

Limpio, cómodo, acogedor.

The hotel is nice but very simple. The staff isn’t welcoming and cheery just very business with minimal conversation. We felt as if we were a bother. The lobby is very basic with no real sitting area and the entrance to the hotel is on the backside not the street level which is inconvenient when arriving and unloading. It’s not clearly noted and is a bit confusing. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were very hard unfortunately. There is a small, complimentary coffee station in the lobby that is a nice perk.
