Excellent location close to the beach. Staff are professional and helpful. The pool isn’t heated but probably not a problem given the weather and sea options nearby. Basic but clean - ideal vase to explore Rio.

O único ponto negativo foi o quarto que tinha um cheiro de esgoto e quando ficava algumas horas fechados ficava com um cheiro de mofo. As demais áreas do hotel são boas e os funcionários excelentes e atenciosos. O café da manhã também é muito bom!

Experiência razoável. Cobertor muito ruim e antigo. Ar condicionado muito gelado, mesmo desligado o quarto não ficava quente. Não tem itens para tirar maquiagem.

nice and helpful staff! but, I wouldn't go back just because the hotel rooms are outdated and don't have storage space. also, when we went to check out, they charged us for three water bottles when we only drank one. I don't know if the cleaning person drank them or if they forgot to restock after the last person, but it was definitely overwhelming that we had to pay for something that we didn't drink. other than that, my experience was wonderful.

My group of 17 just returned from a stay at the Windsor. They staff is great, the location was convenient and the hotel is perfect. I highly recommend.

I had a group of 17 check-in late at night and all was ready for a seamless check-in. We had a full day tour before heading to the airport and the hotel accommodated all our luggage for later pick-up to go to the airport. I would book for my group again. Thank you.
