The room was fantastic but the staff has to be more friendly I think bevae of my color skin I was treaded a bit differently with that said I hardly Tried the amenities that was provided because it was made seem as if I wasn’t a guest just bothering people there and that not fair

Our second time staying in this hotel. The staff are all amazing right from the check-in people to the concierge and bartenders. This hotel probably has the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in my life. Highly recommend this location.

Chambre pas confortable. Salle de bain minuscule et pommeau de douche trop haut. Petite et mal insonorisée. Pour aller dans la chambre, escalier + ascenseur + re escalier et couloir interminable. Buffet le soir , plats tout juste chauds. Tv française que M6.

Lovely staff, offered to take our bags to the room, always polite and helpful. Had a Superior Twin room with balcony overlooking the gardens, table and chairs on balcony. Nice and peaceful and quiet outlook. Pool area was nice, even had a dip though it was the end of February so water was a bit cold. There was a man with a bird of prey round the pool to chase the seagulls away as they had a tendancy to land in the pool! Breakfast was exceptional, buffet style, cooked breakfast, continental meats and cheeses, huge selection of fresh bread, pastries, fresh prepared fruit and yoghurts, cereals, fresh juices, coffee and tea and even prosecco! In a great location with walking distance to supermarket, Lagos town and the beaches. Would definitely stay again.

The resort was very nice and clean, with great staff! We found that the walls were very thin so we were often kept awake at night by loud talkers in other rooms. The breakfast had many options and was restocked well. The outdoor pool area was nice but we did not go in as it was not heated and therefore too cold. Overall it was a relaxing stay!

Room was old, spots of black mold in the shower. All the signing was falling apart

Staff are very nice and helpful, the facility is absolutely massive and walking around can take a long time, the restaurants were okay but extremely expensive for what they were. For the rooms the beds were extremely comfortable but my shower door was broken and the wifi signal didn’t reach most of my room which is quite annoying

What a great surprise this place was. The staff were excellent and so polite. I was upgraded due to VIP with expedia and the room was perfect. No issues at all. The breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I have ever had. So much variety and everything was delicious. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back before my wintering in the Algarve is finished.

Super clean

Staff was amazing, didn’t like that they did advertise they have 3 restaurants with winter hours but when we got there they didn’t actually have them all open. That should be changed to reflect what is actually open. Even still on their information pages in the room it says it’s open but only once you talk to the front desk staff it was them who informed us that they weren’t open due to low season. Also the fridge in our room was never cold, we had to order ice every day to keep our water cold. Us Canadians don’t like warm drinks. €5 a bucket and it was not good quality ice. That’s about the only down fall.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed talking with the bartender in the evening.

Room was dirty, poorly maintained, on a wet cold the room had a noisy air condition blasting and could not be switched off. I was freezing in the day and worst in the night. Expedia should not allow them to use those rooms. The waldrobe rail fell on us when we opened to put our coats. Telephone not working. They dont seem to lean properly or check anything in the room. Shame expedia do not put pressure on them to maintain standards.

Good location, friendly staff, god breakfast

First time to Logos. Three night stay. Very much enjoyed our stay. Excellent facilty, staff and breakfast. Would stay here again. Came in January. No crowds. Mild weather.

The staff were very helpful guiding me to the room. The breakfast room was very large and had lots of options.

Quarto limpo. Jogos de cama maravilhosos. Apenas sugiro que os travesseiros sejam trocados (padrão hotelaria - pena de ganso). Os travesseiros do quarto que me hospedei não estavam bons. Café da manhã incrível. Vários lugares agradáveis dentro do hotel para sentar e ficar com a família.
