Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, las habitaciones principalmente baño aire acondicionado ropa de cama

El hotel es seguro, está relativamente cerca del centro, el personal de recepción atiende con amabilidad y respeto, el restaurante tiene un menú básico con atención rápida, limpio y cortés; en las habitaciones son amplias, con camas son confortables, y limpias.

Las habitaciones son viejas, su servicio de tv por cable es pésima porque es por wifi. Las comida del restaurante es muy simple

El hotel está bien ubicado, su personal con excelente servicio al cliente. El único inconveniente es su estacionamiento, no es suficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes.

Si hay serca centro comercial y facil llegar desde el centro en auto

La habitación limpia y todo en orden pero en la cama nos picaron unos insectos en la noche

El hotel es muy bonito, habitaciones amplias y limpias, zonas verdes, el agua de la alberca es fría ya que no cuenta con caldera pero con un día caluroso en Oaxaca no se siente. En la entrada tienen un lobby muy bonito. Me gustó el hotel y si volvería a reservar. Llegué a pie al centro de la ciudad en 20 minutos y 5 minutos en carro.

A 15+ minute walk to downtown "zocalo" or a 5 minute taxi ride. Very close to a mayor grocery store.

El Hotel está limpio pero las instalaciones son viejas y no le dan buen mantenimiento. La alberca no está climatizada y el personal es un poco brusco.

Got room 1.5hr after check in time. We reserved 3 rooms all same type but one of them was lower category. We had to take that room for 1 night. But we requested a change and hotel gave us a higher end for the rest of our stay. Question is: why they did not give the same 3 rooms from the beginning. What's the purpose of paying to reserve the rooms if the hotel won't honor the request. Maybe they thought people won't complaint and just keep quiet. That's a very low tactic if they do that on purpose. Hope they stop doing that. Therefore I don't think I can recommend them.

Joli hôtel tenant plus du motel que de l'hotel traditionnel. Très belle décoration avec artisanat de Oaxaca. Situation proche du centre, mais sur une grande artère. Piscine ( très bien aménagée) restaurant ( vraiment pas terrible, peu de choix, cher) . Chambre junior suite vaste, bonne literie. MAIS ...pas de fenetres véritables : des vasistas laissant passer tous les bruits ( camions sur la route, personnes parlant autour de la piscine etc), impossible de dormir avant 22h45 et réveil a 6h par les personnes paradant devant les chambres. Parler juste, pas crier ! Personnel très bien sauf un homme á l'accueil qui continue à scroller sur son téléphone pendant notre conversation. Absolument indifférent et grossier. Le séjour aurait été oarafit si nous avions pu bien dormir...

Nice hotel, but NO HOT WATER, and limited parking.

The room was clean. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and nice. Just the waiter at the restaurant they have there was rude. He had a bad attitude. Not only did I feel that way but my entire family did. This happened around 10AM on 2/13/2026.
