Great Hotel Walking distance from everything

Simply breathtaking hotel. The concept is innovative and combines design and historical figures of Mexico’s history. The place is really amazingly located, offering walking distance to the downtown area of Puebla, including the amazing Capilla del Rosario and the Library. Totally worth it.

Super central, muy acogedor y limpio.

This is a really sweet little hotel. with a lot of character and individually appointed rooms. It is extremely central, just a block or so away from the Zocalo but overall very peaceful and quiet.(there was some club music that was noticeable, but my room that was deep inside enough that it didn’t bother me). I didn’t not use the spa, but it looked nice. The restaurant was good, breakfast was great but coffee a little weak. The restaurant does not belong to the hotel and is paid separately. The only thing that was not great was the Wi-Fi. It was in and out at best, and nonexistent for most of my stay. I understand that colonial mansions’ thick walls can be problematic with Wi-Fi, but this seemed to be beyond that. Yet everything else, the kind staff as well, made up for that.

Clean room staff were friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The location was perfect too.

The restaurant in the premises is not managed by the hotel. They were out of everything. The food tasted good but not what was in the description.

Diana, who received us, was extremely helpful as she even helped us to book the business class tickets for the bus to Oaxaca.

We loved the location, staff, cleanliness in the entire property. The location is incredible you have everything around.

The price of the room does not reflect the value offered. The property appears dated and is not very well maintained. While the hotel overall is pleasant, the valet parking staff was not particularly courteous, and no assistance with luggage was offered upon arrival. Considering the rate, there are better accommodation options available in Cuernavaca.

Great location. Nice room and restroom. Was woken up one night at 11:30 by some staff were spraying something with a very loud machine. Hotel was pretty empty when we were there but could see if being noisy if they were busy.

Very limited choices

La habitación se veia vieja y un poco sucia El aire acondicionado no servía, el control de la tele tampoco, marqué a recepción por ayuda y me ignoraron, mandé WhatsApp a recepción y me ignoraron... no había agua caliente.. definitivamente estoy arrepentido de haber ido, las imágenes de la página mostraban algo totalmente diferente... pésimo servicio, pésima experiencia..
