My WC was too small for a 6f person

Tout est nickel dans cet hôtel. Mais l'hôtel d'en face met la musique à fond toute la nuit ce qui fait qu'il vous faut impérativement des boules quies. Le système de clé dans le bracelet marche trop mal.

Der Aufenthalt im Barceló Santiago war grandios. Ich empfehle selten Hotels weiter, aber dieses ist wirklich, nicht nur aufgrund der Lage, herausragend. Das Buffet ist toll mit abwechslungsreichen Themenabenden. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sehr bemüht. Der einzige Minuspunkt war im Zimmer bei der Duschwanne zu verordnen. Diese war leicht gelblich und die Trennwand war etwas undicht. Ansonsten sehr toll!

Stunning property right on the Sea. My room overlooked the sea and was overall clean and comfortable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant/bar staff were friendly but perhaps because I didn’t pay the all inclusive package and was paying per meal/drink, I’d have to ask to be served. It would also be nice if there were staff circulating and provide service to the day bed areas. The hotel would experience more profit if that were the case. Overall, an amazing property and a great stay. I felt very safe as a solo, female traveler.

Almost everything was perfect. Great location with fantastic views, bed big and comfortable, overal the room was fantastic. Food was very good for a buffet with a huge choice that changed daily. Drinks are a reasonable price but limited beer choice, especially if you’re a bit fussy in that area. Only real negatives and to be aware of is very limited parking in the vicinity or at the hotel, nothing available when we arrived late at night and had to use a pay for car park 10 mins walk away, the hotel charges €20 per day and spaces are limited. Also the food at the pool bar was very mediocre. Overal fantastic quiet relaxing hotel with the best views in Tenerife. Highly recommend.

The room was cleaned well daily, no sound issues, the cleaning staff were very courteous. The bed was really very comfortable, great nights sleep. The sun wasn't on the balcony much so didn't use it other than to view the sea and Mount Tiede. Didn't use the pools but they looked great and there seemed to be plenty of space, can imagine they get quite full in peak season, but plenty of sun beds and seating areas. Gym adequate and was clean, had towels and water available, but opened late and closed too early. The restaurant and bar staff were great, reception staff, mostly decent. The restaurant got a little busy at certain times and at breakfast you had to queue most mornings for coffee. Food was very nice, had everything you could want and plenty of it. Entertainment was average, but still better than nothing, appeared to be aimed at the older crowd. Area is hilly and picturesque. I thought it was a pleasant hotel, didn't use the spa as tried to make the most of the sunny weather and get outside.

ATTENTION ! Si vous prenez une chambre avec jacuzzi et que vous êtes au 1er étage vous risquez d’avoir la vue sur le grillage et les passants ! Pensez-y lors de votre réservation. Pour le reste RAS. Très bon hôtel !

처음 배정받은 방이 하수구 냄새 너무 심했고, 음식이 정말 별로 였어요. 식기의 청결도도 떨어지는 듯 했구요.

It was ok. Nothing more nothing less. Slow reception on arrival. Was sick for my last day which I think was from the buffet. Room given for two days had no privacy but they did move us to a higher floor.

Unsecured WiFi, WiFi unavailable most of the time, no tour pickup/drop off by 95% of the local tour companies, no drinkable water except vending machines, overall looks pretty but feels scuffed. It’s perfect if you wanna stay in the hotel all day with a book by the pool and nothing else.

Die Hotelzimmer sind teilweise direkt an der Promenade gelegen, was zum einen schön ist, jedoch abends zuweilen zu Lärmbelästigung führte. Im Erdgeschoss haben die Spaziergänger direkten Blick in das Zimmer, nicht so schön. Wir mussten leider früher als geplant abreisen, weil mich eine Magen Darm Erkrankung erwischt hat. Ob dies am Essen lag kann ich nicht sagen. Der hinzugezogene Arzt, der vom Hotel organisiert wurde, hatte zwar weder Gesichtsschutz oder Desinfektionsmittel, dafür aber ein Kartenlesegerät, um für eine Minute Untersuchung 150€ zu kassieren. Ansonsten war das Hotel gut und das Personal freundlich.

Overall a positive experience, but the quality of food and drinks could be better. It seemed as if they used the cheapest option instead of whole food in some cases, especially for guests with all inclusive. We also tested the spa area where most of it was out of order. They did not inform us before paying for the entry.

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit großartigem Meerblick. Das Essen war sehr gut, besonders der Fisch und die Pizza, es gab jeden Abend etwas pasendes für uns. Das Personal von der Putzfrau bis hin zur Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. WIr kommen wieder.
