Bien ubicado frente al paseo marítimo, 15' caminando gasta catedral. Personal muy amable, cama confortable y muy limpio.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit kompetenten, freundlichen Mitarbeitern in zentraler Lage von Santa Catalina. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Das Zimmer war für fünf Tage ausreichend groß, ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es viele, schöne Restaurants und Bars. Bis zum Meer sind es zu Fuß knapp 5 Minuten und bis Palma Innenstadt ca. 15 Minuten.

+Staff were friendly and were able to prepare the room sooner than the check in time. +Room’s spacious (Queen Room for 2 people) and had a good range of amenities (body wash, shampoo, coffee machine, bottled water, iron and safe) +Good night sleep - Room was dusty all over. - noise transfer from balcony door was very loud like the door seal wasn’t working. On a busy main road so a lot of noise from cars. Overall, a good stay for the money. 10min walk to the city centre of Palma. A lot of restaurants in the area if you didn’t want to walk too far

I would not recommend this hotel. From the moment I walked in, there was a distinct unpleasant smell throughout the property. The place felt old, poorly maintained, and in need of serious renovations. The location didn’t help either, it’s in a run-down area surrounded by numerous Thai massage parlors, right on a busy intersection where traffic noise was constant day and night. The WiFi didn’t work at all during my stay, and when I asked the staff for help, they were rude and dismissive. In fact, the staff’s general attitude was unwelcoming, and they offered no useful assistance, not even with basic local recommendations. Overall, this was one of the least pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had between the smell, the noise, the poor service, and the outdated facilities, I regretted booking here. Shocked that this is a Marriot.

Room was super clean, bed very comfortable, service and helpfulness of all staff (lounge/dining, housekeeping, front desk). Great location walking distance to many restaurants, sights, bus transport, etc.
