Staff was great

Ya subieron precios, cobran estacionamiento y no hacen limpieza a diari

The staff was polite, but a few things caught me off guard. When I called ahead and mentioned I was bringing my dog, no one informed me of a pet fee—or a parking fee—so it was a surprise to be charged for both upon arrival. The hotel itself feels dated, and the elevator was questionable—it screeched loudly and even gave my husband a mild shock. Overall, not the experience I expected. Clearer communication and a few upgrades would go a long way.

I find it odd, that in El Paso, we'd have to pay for parking.

Todo estuvo bien, con gusto nos volveriamos a hospedar

If breakfast is at 6 am, have it ready by 6 am.

Not sure if i ll stay again just because they charge a parking fee

We live 90 miles out. An orthodontist appointment was scheduled in the evening on top of other errands and visit with friends. We made it an overnight stay rather than change the time of the appointment. The hotel was peaceful friendly and very clean. We loved it!
