Had a group of rooms , some Ac units did not work at all and the rooms that did work there where load and would wake us up when they kicked on

Both Elevators were out of order so had to haul everything up two flights of stairs with three young kids. There was a group there for a sports tournament who kept us up all night slamming doors and playing music outside our hotel room.

Stayed as a single parent with young kids. On arrival, staff was friendly. Unloaded the kids easy enough. However will say that the place was NOT as advertised for many reasons. 1. Room advertised as a suite with sofa bed. However this was a “studio” suite so really, just a single king room. 2. Went to use said sofa bed and followed just a naked mattress. Called front desk, had to call through 3 times before getting a response. Advised bedding in drawers, however only found a blanket and a single pillow. Called again and advised house keeping would bring sheets. House keeping only brought a single fitted sheet. They also advised they don’t make the sofa bed, and that I would have to make it. Fitted sheet did not fit and kept coming off, and kids complained very uncomfortable. Still weird there was no mattress protector. 3. Following day found out the advertised “full breakfast available” meant paid breakfast available - very misleading, as we try and book where breakfast is included for convenience. 4. Pool was closed, which was also big reason for booking there. 5. We usually tidy our room but hope house keeping replaces towels and used cups. Towels were replaced but used cups/mus were not and coffee station was not refreshed. They had lobby coffee available but it was out around 8am. Overall not a great experience.

The room was clean, smelled really bad though. Smelled of smoke, musk and mold. Body wash was empty in shower. Air conditioning was broken, room was muggy and very warm. Pool was unavailable all weekend. Parking lot has no lighting, little sketchy when coming in after dark.

Super nice hotel beds were comfy. Really liked the 3 bed situation in the room. Will definitely stay at this hotel again

Room’s air conditioner didn’t work… Took a bit of convincing to get the staff to move me to a different room. The pool had some kind of bugs in it… I had to get out and skim the pool myself to remove them.

Very nice place to stay.

The dirty coffee cup that was in my room to greet me stayed there for two more days before I personally delivered it to the hotel desk. That said, my bed was made daily. And the staff that I interacted with were wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay :)

Lots of garbage in front of Hotel.

The room was ok. I had children with me so the pool with the slide was perfect. The restaurants attached had a good assortment. I was there for 5 days and my room was never made up or restocked. I requested more coffee from the front desk and it was delivered. They told me room make up is by request.
