Worst hotel in gta

Very bad room wasn’t clean proper and asked to move to diff room was asking extra money. Used towel were still hanging behind washroom door. After check out next morning got rashes, like bug bites. Went to doctor and had spray my house so much expensive and these hotel people don’t clean the room properly and charge high.

We have stayed at several Monte Carlo’s always enjoy the cleanliness and the friendly staff

Room was nice, clean

They didn't add the dental kit+ There was Used towels hanging at the back of the door. Not worth stay. .

I liked everything about this hotel except one thing that i needed to buy water bottle to drink. It wasn’t included.

Room was cleaned however bed sheet was dirty. There was not a single water bottle which I don’t like . Lift elevator was sounding loudly which disturbed sleep badly

There was a bug in the room which bite me

HOSPITALITY WAS VERY GOOD.

Washrooms need to be more spacious and updated. What I loved about my recent stay was that they upgraded my room without me even asking it. They gave me suite however I booked just Standard King room. So I enjoyed my time.

Please stay away from this place. Book somewhere else. They dont care about their customers. Alarm going on in the middle of the night becaue of major plumbing out break that flooded the whole lobby area. Couldnt sleep all night because of that. Management did not even apologized. Terriable breakfast too.

Rundown room, weird cleaner smell that bothered me the entire night. I am not a person to be bothered by the smell of lingering smoke or chemicals, but this was different. The jet tub had cracks all over the tile, and the tub itself was rusted. Breakfast was a few slices of bread… that’s all. No eggs, fruit, meat unless you wanted to pay more. I spent more than I do for a trip to Niagara Falls and I just felt completely ripped off. I could not even leave this hotel if I wanted to, the front desk was extremely difficult.
