The overall experience was fine, but the internet was unstable. I had internet issues three times during my two-week stay. The last one happened on my final night—there was no internet from around 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and it still wasn’t fixed by the time I left.

Just wanted to say thank you to Yuna at the front desk for allowing me to check in early and for upgrading my room—the new room was great! The only thing I would improve is the window cleaning, as they looked like they hadn’t been washed in a while. Other than that, everything was great!

Fix the elevators and they are too small.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfy!

Parking lot not very convenient. Had to park in a different lot . Hotel was under construction and only 1 elevator working.. Would have appreciated some kind of discount, or voucher for the lack of comfort at this time but nothing.

Bed was very, very comfortable, similar to sleeps I've had at more luxurious hotels, top notch. Room was quiet and had a kitchen so would be great for a longer stay. I was surprised by the presence of a bidet attachment on the toilet. Too much in a very small bathroom. All linens were nice and clean, front desk checkin very courteous. Handy location close to Red Arrow station and downtown business, great restaurant next door, elevated Mexican at Fonda Fora. Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel location meet our expectation- walking to downtown and few minutes walk to Peace Bridge and rooms are clean , reception are friendly .Highly recommend this hotel Coast Calgary Downtown.

Old hotel

Nice, basic hotel downtown with a kitchenette.

Our room nice and clean. Had to walk down 14 flights of stairs due to one small elevator working and the other out of order. Was not able to accommodate so many people. Unfortunately our Neighbors kept us up all night drinking and talking loud outside our door.

Good space, but outside construction was very loud and woke us up very early!

Excellent Customer Service from Mark & Yuna. Knowledgeable, Professional, Kind & Respectful always greeting us with a smile 😃 Definitely will stay in this Hotel again.
