Excellent location, helpfull staff, an old hotel, a bit old furniture but well maintain

직원들이 매우 친절하고 의사소통이 원할 합니다. 조식은 생각한 것 보단 다양하지 않았지만 괜찮았고 쾌적했어요. 위치는 너무 좋고, 루프탑에서 바라보는 대성당의 야경과 석양은 너무 아름다웠습니다!

Breakfast was good with some dishes cooked to order. Staff pleasant and professional. Added bonus was lounge with free tea/coffee/water.

Hotel is in good location, room and all parts of hotel are very well kept and clean. Roof Top bar is a great attraction, which has great views, little expensive as I guess you would expect. Seville is having some renovation at the moment, which will be lovely when it is done but sadly affects the view from the hotel of the park outside. Good restaurants in good walking distance. Breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately woken every night by loud guests coming back from bar in the early hours. Tried to ring reception with question several times, no answer and some staff could be a bit more smiley!! Overall a good hotel in good location.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous rooftop bar. Great location. Food in the restaurant was also great. Would highly recommend.

Centrally located, quick walk to cathedral, tram starts at front door. Large room for European hotel. Very comfy mattress.

Good location

Everything was well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient with the room cleaned and towels and bedding changed daily. I would highly recommend this hotel again.

Solo me quede una noche por temas de logistica pero todo muy nien

Hotel location is perfect for access to key attractions. Room is very classic and updated. The only complaint is the breakfast start time is 7:30am. We had tours starting 7:30am. I had to ask tour company to delay 15 min for pickup. Many hotels start breakfast at 7:00am for weekdays.

The room was very clean. Staff is service oriented. Good location. 10 minute walk to major sites. Breakfast buffet was just ok. No oatmeal. Had to ask for low fat milk.
