I would consider staying somewhere else.

I tried to have breakfast. I went at 9:50 a.m. They said they would not give it to me because there were only 10 minutes left. I went to the front desk and suggested changing the time from 10am to 9:50am since they refused to give me service. Their answerr was "Ok, thank you"

Second time of staying at this hotel for a concert at the o2. Faultless. Very smooth check-in. Staff who we encountered throughout were all lovely. Will be my go to place to stay any time I visit the o2.

Quite a long wait to check in. The TV connections to stream my device didn't work - the most annoying part of the stay Light above the bed flashing on a censor.

Good hotel, close to Elizabeth Line and well priced with decent rooms and clean and secure:

rooms are ok. However here are the issues: - TV lacking international channels and streaming apps - mattress very weird and not comfortable - bathroom sink faucet so small you barely have 4cm to pass your hands... ridiculous.
