Ótimo hotel! Atendeu todas as expectativas

Liked that the cleaning crew worked around my needed time in the room. Did not like the lack of amenities that I had when I stayed in the Ilunion 4 - I realized after booking that there were different room "levels" that would have given me more amenities, such as a fridge in the room and a couch - lesson learned for next time. I also liked the "welcome water" in the lobby every day.

Mon séjour était agréable

Struttura moderna ben gestita. Vicino la metro. Apprezzata particolarmente il concetto di l'inclusitvità. Colazione base, niente di speciale, pessimo caffè. Peccato per l'acqua.

Ça fait la job sans plus

Fab hotel, slight Issues with the power switching off at night, was told it was a plug /switch so easily sorted Pool a little small and not enough bed around it. Room would benefit from a fridge. Shower was lovely and big, toiletries provided and big fluffy towels too.

Gostamos muito da acomodação, tudo bem limpo, atenciosos, e café da manhã muito bom.

Best wel prijzig voor wat je krijgt . Kamer was wel schoon maar heel standaard . Bediening traag . Metro vlakbij om in het centrum te komen .

It does the trick for a very quick trip to Valencia (comfortable bed, working AC), but two things really detracted from my experience: 1) The room's walls were filthy, which in turn made the whole room itself feel filthy. When I arrived and saw the walls, I immediately used my own anti-bacterial wipes to clean all of the room's surfaces and handles before touching anything because the walls were that unclean. The room I stayed in was not as clean as it looked in the photo here on Expedia. I would have asked to change room but, given the price and the limited amount of time I was spending in Valencia, it didn't seem worth the hassle. 2) The hotel wifi didn't work properly, which meant I had to use a lot of my phone plan's data during my trip. I asked the staff at reception for help and they kindly offered me use of the staff wifi, but the connection broke immediately when I got back to my room because the ground floor's wifi can't service a floor as far away as mine was (5th floor).

Fine for a nights sleep and rather decent rooms, but the lack of minibar (fridge) to keep your water or soda cold, better access to coffee, better breakfast and also to provide something as simple as an iron and iron board pull the overall rating down.

Quarto de tamanho excelente, boa cama e chuveiro. Único ponto é sobre o banheiro ser de fibra, o que pareceu meio estranho e sem privacidade. Boa limpeza. Ótima localização, pertinho do metrô e com um shopping a 20min caminhando.

Everything was clean and great, we loved our stay!
