Great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. Highly recommended. Mohamed mahfouz

Great hotel

Housekeeping was terrible - did not replenish the daily tea and coffees, shower shampoo and body gel empty, floor not cleaned, extra bathroom toilet was not cleaned propwrly from the 2nd day. Bathroom tub blocked, AC in both rooms not working or functionaling properly. Tool over an hour to someone come upstairs to fix it and they still did not fix it. Beds were not made properly or consistently. Televisions - majority of the channels were not working. When i upgraded by paying quite a bit more the extra bed was not set up and made available until 10pm. I requested a wake up call and i was not called. This was not a great family experience amd will or stay here again. Absplutely wasted my money and time staying here and Expedia is no added value. I was actually told that i would have received a better deal if i booked via competitor site.
