The hot tub, as always, was absolutely gorgeous. Parking is a nightmare for a larger vehicle- we had to do laps of the lot before finding a spot, which was completely opposite side of our unit; with 5 young kids, this was a nightmare. Parking never improved over our 2 night stay and room numbered stalls would be extremely helpful. Our room was mediocre, clean but outdated- two lamps were missing switches, the dishwasher wouldn’t complete a cycle and the bathroom door was faulty. Nothing so severe it ruined our trip, but things we assumed wouldn’t be an issue when paying the high costs.

Hot tub was amazing. Rooms were fairly clean. I think one of the drawbacks was at the full two or three times to get more body wash conditioner shampoo great location, though very pretty up there.

Parking was a nightmare. There are not many parking spaces and guests had to park on the sidewalks but were blocking cars from being able to get out. It was a free for all. The hot tub was packed during the entire stay (morning, daytime, and nighttime) with groups of partiers. Management did nothing about the parking or the hot tub. The unit is older but well-equipped. When booking for 4 guests, the website did not indicate that everyone was staying in the same bedroom. Poor value for the money spent.

Room smelled very smoky when entering but opened the window and all was good. Hot tub was like warm at best - this was most disappointing Overall, this is still our favorite vacation property in Banff and will return

room is very old dusty, not clean. alot of mold in bathroom tiles. sooo much dust in room. floor is not clean. spider web evey where in the room. only view is good.

The essentials were super clean but grease cobwebs etc on the walls and ceiling, pool falling apart and it's easy to scratch yourself on the seats. Great customer service though which makes a difference.

Excellent place to stay! Awesome view from the outdoor hot tub and pool. Only complaint is the terribly small parking space. Finding a spot to park is not easy.

The 2 bedroom with loft and games room unit was perfect for our group of 7. The outdoor hot tub and cool pool was nicely set up and it’s nice there’s outdoor bbq’s available for use as well. We’d definitely come back to stay here!

Amazing place

Amazing hotel, hot tub and sauna room are perfect with great views, especially sunset. Loft rooms are perfect with kids or group of friends, super spacious and the real fireplace is so relaxing, worth the upgrade everytime. A short bus into town and off the beaten path for quiet. Great walking trail right off property. Will be back 100x!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pools were amazing. It is mainly the reason why I went to stay at this resort. The outdoor pools have a beautiful view of the mountains. The room itself was rustic, so it feels like you were really in a cabin in the mountains

Everything was great except for the fact that the only night we had to use the hot tub they had to close it due to the weather which I know is out of their control but still sucked. Also the 2 left burners on the stove did not work. Other than those 2 things everything was amazing as always, this is my 3rd time staying her and will definitely be coming back

Our stay here for a family of 5 was perfect! Everything for cooking ( except a pyrex ) and the view is awesome ! Appreciated the two complete bathrooms 😆 We loved our stay and would come again ! Staff is super !
