The first room was filthy and the paint was chipped and peeling off the wall. The second room they put me in was dirty, still had dirty wash cloths hanging in the bathroom. The tub was not cleaned. Also saw roaches.

No service in the rooms. Was there a week and no service to take out trash or give fresh towels or sheets. Didn't feel safe..

Rooms weren’t bad. Health department closed the pool the day we arrived.

The room had roaches, the towels were DIRTY, the faucet dripped all night. We got an extended check out for noon, hotel staff knocked on our door at 11:05, 11:15, 11:22, 11:36 and 11:47 they were told EVERY TIME THAT WE HAD AN EXTRA HOUR.

The guy at the check in kiosk was noce and helpful. But the room was nasty it wasnt cleaned. Bug on the floor. The sheets were stained. The microwave smelled absolutly horrid and the fridge had leftover milk in it. They only provide 2 towels. Breakfast was ok had to wait in line for their one waffle maker so ppl got really irritated and troed skipping ppl.

Not very satisfied with my stay. While the bed and bathroom were clean, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The room smelled heavily of smoke, which was really unpleasant. The floor was dirty, the refrigerator was filthy, and there were not enough towels provided. Definitely expected better.

Very nice & streamlined check in. I loved the Kiosk & how easy it was to check in & out. Bed was super comfortable & room was very clean.

the staff was great! Long moment to check in! Food was unappealing and not in abundance! Not worth the breakfast! Room was cleanish, a little smelly! Bedding very clean, comfy, and slept well! and as a solo I felt safe, clerk made sure i got a safe room! TY it was worth the price! Less than 15 minutes to Capital building and downtown

Place is run down. Room dirty. No staff only computer to check in and out. Worst place i jave ever stayed

Mold in the bathroom. Water was not draining in bathtub. Air Conditioner was working intermittently. No one at front desk. Spoke to representative of hotel through a video kiosk.

You check in with a human on a computer like screen. Difficult to understand person.

The check-in kiosk was an interesting touch. Someone was always available.

An average level of pros and cons except there were often people hanging around the entry and stairs using alcohol and possibly drugs in the evenings.

When I checked in and got my room key, I went to my room and it had not been cleaned after the previous guests left. The parking lot was completely full-there wasn’t even enough space to park my car. There were some sketchy people sitting outside their rooms drinking and smoking weed. There were no towels in my room so I asked for some. 30 minutes later, I asked again and then another 30 minutes later (after being told each time-5 minutes) I lost it! It was 10 at night, I had been on the road 6 hours and I wanted to shower. They did give me a discount for my first night as a result. I would’ve left but I couldn’t find anything close by and I needed to be close to the capitol. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was dirty. The front desk asked me why do I need a two double beds for two people. When asking for towels the next day they asked me to trade the other towels out.

Adequate parking and a straight route into the city. The room had adequate space and comfortable beds. However, check-in and check-out were processed by a ‘remote’ employee, and a $100 deposit was demanded immediately but not RETURNED immediately on checkout. ‘Included breakfast’ ran out of certain staples.
