Rating & Review Keseluruhan Leonardo Hotel Leeds

Hotel location is convenient yet quiet and within short walking distance of Leeds city centre and public transport. Public area of hotel was well maintained and we enjoyed the quality and range of food at breakfast. Our room was clean, a good size and comfortable although some of the fittings are a little dated. There is very limited parking available immediately around the hotel and the multistories in Leeds are fairly costly so bear that in mind if planning to drive to Leeds and stay here.

Great visit to my nephew's current home base and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Tired and Poorly Maintained but Comfortable. Shower weak, Water RED HOT (Burnt my partner), both sink taps in our room fitted incorrectly/broken. Dirty room condition. Excellent location, cracking view and comfy bed.

Very welcoming staff with excellent service throughout the stay. Great value for money.

I didn’t like the way the receptionist gave 3 complimentary breakfasts to the walk in in front of us but offered us nothing! Really bad customer service. Hotel was slightly off the beaten track but still central for what we needed. Plenty of tea and coffee but no shower cap. Small sainsbury next door.

Nice hotel, room was great, but no parking available. Had to go park in a multi story in the town centre and walk. Cost me £30 for overnight parking .

The Leonardo provided a really nice, clean room for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful - exactly the type of stay that puts a smile on my face.

We had a lovely stay, the room was nice and big and the bed was comfy. The only downside is that when we checked in, we were told checkout was at 12pm and this was written on our room card. At 11:30am we had loud knocking and a very angry voice saying ‘hotel management, open your door’. We were told that we should have checked out at 11am. I explained that we were told 12pm and showed her the card which said 12pm. We were just told ‘that’s fine’, but it just made us both feel a bit off that it had happened.

Location excellent

Okay, slightly disappointed for a leonardo hotel. Room temperature thermostat in the room was not working so was blowing out cold air despite me leaving it on for some time, almost an hour and it did not warm up so the room was freezing until i gave up and turned it off. I ordered a hot chocoloate and paid the full price and was given half a cup. Its not entirely the bartenders fault, i could see her struggling to work the machine, it appeared faulty. At this point i should have been offered a refund or an alternative instead of half a cup and she put the lid on and did not say anything. I had paid 3.70 for a full cup. Walls are very thin. I could hear the guest next door talking and he was not particularly loud, it was clear that the walls are not soundproof. Not the worst stay but not sure if i would stay here again

Fikk ekstra dyne uten dynetrekk. Dårlig fart i nedtrekk toalett. Veldig lytt.

Pleasant stay. Stayed before. Made to feel welcome. Breakfast food but need to bring back hash browns. All good otherwise

Hotel was great, very modern, rooms were very clean and modern too. Free minibar with some water, coke and some chocolate, which is definitely a plus and some great coffee making facilities. Only two things that let our suite down a bit - the fridge wasn't very cold in the room and the bathroom was a bit outdated. Breakfast was really good for the price and there was plenty of choice. For the price we paid on Easter Weekend was great. Highly recommend.
