It was amazing stay with wonderful services from the check-in until depart. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The view from the window ( floor 23) was a relaxing panoramic view. The valet parking serves was free and very convenient. The welcoming coffee and sweet at reception was a k8nd of the Arabic generosity.

Very professional and attentive staff, hotel's management keeps high standards over the years. Starbuck's on the main floor, mixed cuisine restaurants (2) in the hotel, including great breakfast, and pool. Taxis are available in Kuwait so the transport is no issue.

Sono stati gentilissimi. Ho avuto problemi con il volo e mi hanno aiutato. Mi hanno permesso di fare il checkout alle 16 senza costi aggiuntivi. A colazione desideravo una crêpe, che non era nel menù e lo chef senza problemi me ne ha cucinata una buonissima. Sono stati tutti stupendi! E mi hanno reso un soggiorno per lavoro molto rilassante. موظف الاستقبال سيئ جداً جداً! لدرجة انه يحاول يكون ذكي بزياده! ليحاول ان يكتشف اني كاذب!!! خدمة الغرف يرفض إعطاء طفلي (عمر ٣ سنوات) غطاء و وسادة إضافي!! و السبب (نخاف الوسادة و الغطاء يسبب وزن على السرير و ينكسر السرير)!!!! تعتبر من اسوء الرحلات لي للكويت! و السبب الفندق
