Clean and tidy great staff help

The rooms were all upstairs and there is lift access. We were able to charge our Hybrid car onsite using our lead. Breakfast was expensive, $20 for 2 slices of bread, 3 pats of jam and a bottle of apple juice. Otherwise would stay there again.

Have stayed here quite a few times now, always good, easy check in. Recommended

No dining information, so had to drive around to find somewhere to eat. Quiet and clean room, great parking

Crystal Inn was very clean and the price was very affordable and the rooms large.

Very quiet and convenient

No fuss room but very clean and relatively quiet. Parking was convenient and safe

Really disappointed with this hotel. We booked based on previous wotif ratings. When we arrived we were given a key to room 9 (family room as booked). The room had not been serviced and was still dirty as left by previous guests. Allocated another room. Key did not work. Manager used pass key to get in. Not a family room, just 2 beds and a sofa bed. Asked if child could sleep on sofa and we reluctantly said yes but that we were in a rush to get to a wedding and that room service would need to make the bed up. On return to room at 9pm, bed had not been made up. Called manager who sent lady up who had no idea how to manage, using seat cushions as pillows until we asked for proper pillows. Outside areas were dirty, kettle inside room was just disgustingly old and dirty so we didn’t use it. Only positive was that it was quiet. Poorly managed with no attention to guests. I would not recommend this. $267 for the one night. No apologies from managers/reception.

Very hard Pillow

We were there for a week and saw absolutely no staff. Our room was never serviced and we had to purchase more toilet paper. When reception was rung nobody answered.

Older style accommodation. Clean and tidy, just ageing.

Rooms are good. Bed was comfy. Pool was great . Exterior of property incl lift, tiled areas, car park and stairs need a good clean. Nothing a good broom and high pressure hose couldn’t fix. We stay there regularly

Having been to Bendigo many years prior it was a return visit for us. Staff at reception helpful and efficient. An opportunity to catch up with family in this city. Easy travelling to a convenient location. Driving was easy and location was near a service station for us when leaving
