Nice clean

clean room, friendly staff.

Generally the hotel was great. Parking was a problem. No free parking should be indicated. Parking was expensive.

Staff is awesome!!

I was chatged an adional 150 for incidentals ,I understand they need to charge something but that sems a bit much . Plus when I read the website it stated free parking with valdation that was not the case ,I had to $71 follets to park

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggest local restaurants and events. Breakfast was oland room was very clean. Also we really enjoyed the fitness center

We didn’t get the room we reserved. The clerk was rude.

We couldn't even check in. Our reservation was cancelled without notice after attempting to charge a credit card on file before our arrival. A manager called, but did not leave a voice mail so I had no idea who it was. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great staff!

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, el área del comedor es muy bonita. El hotel está en una buena ubicación y el personal fue muy amable. Las almohadas ya necesitan cambio, la cerradura tenía problemas y no echaba llave fácilmente desde afuera, la ducha ya necesita cambio.

Quick and efficient

I was on a work trip this past October 11 and the front desk person made my check in experience very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed as I usually use your hotels when I do work trips since in other states the service and amenities are great.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Even found a restaurant that would deliver food.

They should mention at check in that the cleaning service is every other day
