By the time I got to the breakfast area there was no coffee, no hot items but two sausage.

Room for improvement in the breakfast but other than that all was good

At first we were put in the basement. The room should not have been a room. It was dark with a small window, damp, and the smell of mold hit you as you walked down the stairs. Open the door and immediately turned around and asked to be relocated to a different room. Staff obliged and was going to move us next door… we asked to be moved upstairs one level. Room was a little better no mold smell but smelt like cigarettes. As someone with severe respiratory issues I left after one night as I wouldn’t last another.

Breakfast did not look appealing, so I skipped it. Location is excellent. Should have two people on near checkout times. Staff should dress appropriately.

It was a good stay. So convenient for Down Town.

The room was clean. The parking lot is a little small but they have an overflow lot within walking distance. The breakfast was good.

Very quaint boutique hotel. My first experience with a boutique hotel and was a great experience. Would recommend and stay there again

Clean room, super cozy and comfortable beds, great variety for breakfast and happy and friendly staff. A must stay if you are in Orillia with convenient access to the water front trail as well as local shops and restaurants Highly recommended!

The room was not clean, and the breakfast was lacking. Parking was fine. There wasn’t many spots, but we were able to get one because we got there early.

Room clean, quiet. Free parking. Breakfast was basic with coffee, bread items.

Friendly staff, was kinda cautoff guard when checking in and clerk asked for proof or documentation for service dag never got asked before
