The check in was long yet it’s that season when everyone wants to be here. The amenities are decent but as expected lots of people and children. The room was was okay but nothing spectacular. Close to the beach and dining options. Not far from the airport. A basic option of places to stay in the area. Parking is across the street from hotel.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the check-in was seamless, and the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. My room was very clean and neat. I had a great stay. Love this place!

What I really enjoyed was how they had a live D.J. playing really good music every evening until 11pm.

Nice Location, but not good at making customers happy! I was there for 4 days without a working phone! Maintenance was to come at 11:00 on my second day there, have not seen him!

The parking is ridiculous

Overall, the experience and the staff was very nice, but the property was very dated and kitchen. Appliance was not clean thoroughly before next guest arrive

Very kid friendly. The kids waterpark was amazing. Definitely recommend it for someone who has young children.

Nice room with a view of the ocean. Overall, the condition of the room could’ve been better because it wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked it often to we would’ve liked. Nice lounge area and definitely a family friendly place.

it was ok the room look clean for the most part, but I did see some roaches in the bathroom, and the parking in parking across the street, I didn.t like at all.

Everyone was very helpful from the front desk to the security and even watching them clean in the morning shock, the pools and comfortable beds. Everything was good. The only thing I can say is it's very hectic checking in. So I would advise getting their early i'm getting yourself parked.
