My family has rented lodges from VRBO "OWNERS" directly at Stonebridge Resort for over six years without incident. This was not the case with this lodge apparently "managed" by Stonebridge Resort. We had no contact with the owner of this rental; no response to email. After a long day at the Landing, we returned to the Lodge at 11:00 p.m. to find that our key cards had been deactivated. Three adults and four children were unable to access their rental, and it was a very cold night. We called an emergency number and about 30 minutes later a very unhappy person arrived to let us inside. This is unacceptable. No apology from anyone. I think it's time to find a new resort.
