Great location. Air out the rooms more often.

Great place to spend time with family and friends. Lots of options to keep everyone entertained (tennis court, indoor kids play area, several pools including heated one, volleyball and basketball court, small coffee shop and restaurant and tons of activities prepared by hotel staff). Want to come back!

When I checked in I was told the amount I paid for the resort did not include pool access. There would be an extra charge if I chose to use the pool or hot tubs. On my receipt I have a Resort fee which I would think would include at least the pools and hot tubs. When I got to my room, I saw a bug in the tub and around the drain was very rusty. Only stayed one night overall not that bad.

A very family friendly resort with a lot of activities. Unfortunately you may have to pay extra for a lot of the activities. Also some units could use some updates, but bathrooms were more recently updated which we appreciated.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

I didn’t like that we did not have shampoo or conditioner in our unit! I also thought each unit should carry salt and pepper! The facility was not full and we had a person next to us! I would think you would separate your guests out for more privacy and quietness!

It was picturesque. Check-in was easy. Our condo was up in the hills with beautiful scenery around.

We stayed here in the fall and it is a really beautiful area.

i suppose since end of summer the near by pool was closed , we were unaware. Not much going on the days we were there.

Loved all the amenities and especially the myriad of swimming pools, hot tubs, lakes and hiking options. Summer at Smuggs is wonderful for all ages!

We had a great time during our weekend vacation. So many thing to do with kids even that the weather didn’t cooperate much.

Lots of extras for kids. They were quick to cancel tubing one night which left us disappointed.

Rooms and amenities needs updating. Most rooms outdated, pull out couch was uncomfortable for the kids. Lifts only hold two people.
