Studio conforme à ma réservation et donc à mes attentes; spacieux, avec un lit double, une cuisine équipée, une salle à manger, balcon,etc... Établissement calme(à part quelques ouvertures/fermetures des portes voisines un peu bruyantes). Personnel discret et respectueux,...

Genial, apartamento con terraza y cocina, limpio, en buen estado y en poco mas de 15 minutos de paseo por el Promenade, en el centro.

Majority of staff was very friendly and available 24/7. A couple of cons however: despite being listed as features here, they did not have a coffee machine nor an airport shuttle available.

The hotel is beautifully located, just a few minutes walk from the sea. It was perfect! The staff was amazing and helpful with all questions we asked. Our room was spacious, with all the amenities. The only negative was the lighting, both in the main room and in the bathroom. It was quite dim and difficult to see to put on makeup and contacts. Additionally, the bathroom had no fan, which meant the ceiling was beginning to show mildew. I can’t speak enough about the wonderful staff. We had a real problem and they went out of their way to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

市内中心地からは少し距離がある。 スーパーなどは近くにあるが飲食店は選択肢が少なくなる。 最後に自分たちでゴミ出しをする必要があり、少し面倒くさい。

Very convenient location! Great price for being so close to the beach. It was helpful to have a small kitchen. Staff was helpful as well.

Stille og fint med balkong med ettermiddagsol. Noen rom har morgensol. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Rommet blir kun rengjort en gang i uken, forutsatt at du er der minst en uke. Du må selv gjøre kjøkkenet rent etter deg og kaste søppel.

Great affordable spot. Clean. Kitchen and balcony nice. 1 block from beach and short walk to dozens of restaurants and cafes.

Veldig mye trafikkstøy. Og veldig lytt mellom leilighetene og ut i gangen. Litt merkelig med eget lite rom med toalett uten vask. Vasken var på badet sammen med dusjen. Kunne med fordel vært mer enn to glass på kjøkkenet. Pluss for fin takterrasse og nærhet til strandpromenade.

Fin beliggenhet, men styr unna frokosten. Vi fink utgått melk, gamle rundstykker. Ikke fornøyd med frokosten. Parkering for MC i innelåst kjeller veldig betryggende.

Ein schönes Zimmer. Zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Strand und mit dem Fahrrad auch gleich in der Stadt. Waren wirklich ein paar schöne Tage in Nizza :)

Gut mit der Straßenbahn vom Flughafen erreichbar, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand und lokale Geschäfte in wenigen Metern erreichbar.

We stayed for 3 nights and really recommend staying here. The apartments are very clean, spacious and well organised with a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher and we booked a small balcony which was lovely! The area is less than 5 mins walk to Promenade Anglais and perfect for an easy spot for beach, bars, bakeries and food shopping. Honestly, couldn’t recommend this place enough - visit the sky terrace for your own amazing views of Nice! Already planning to come back 😊😊

Die Unterkunft benötigt etwas mehr Wartung. Türfallen zum Treppenhaus defekt, Balkontür welche sich nicht schliessen lässt, loser Türknauf zum Appartment.... Betten, Sofabett un Dusche sind gut. In 2 Minuten am Meer, Restaurant in der Nähe und das Zentrum zu Fuss in ca. 20 Minute erreichbar ist positiv

We had a great 3 nights there. Small but nice apartment. We were 2 adults and 1 child. Lovely view from the balcony. Situated 3 min walk from the beach. Quiet at night. It was clean although there were a few stains on the pillow
