Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans French Quarter/CBD

Check in took a little longer than expected, even though my reservation was seen in the system by the desk attendant. They did not tell me what to tell the garage personnel to let them know that my garage fee was already paid for with my room. Also, the amount for the parking was $10 a day more than what was listed on the website. The room itself was nice, but the coffee machine didn't work and the iron was leaking water. Then after I checked out, I was charged over $140 for a reason I don't know since the entire stay was paid at check in.

Pool was closed ! Ice machines didint work . Had to go to different floors to find one that worked. Rooms were just okay. Location is the only reason to justify staying there again .

Pool was closed! I reserved there because of the pool. Totally dissappointed!!!!

The air -conditioner was very loud, so I did not sleep.There was a Beattie in my towel when opened it. There was no coffee in the early morning when we were told there would be.

Close to everything in the French Quarter, with nice staff. Valet seemed lazy, no cups in room.

The room phone didn't work I had to go down to lobby to report the toilet clogged .It was fixed quickly. Very nice stay

Came to Nola for jazz fest and stayed here during our visit. This hotel was perfect for our stay and met our needs. Would recommend staying here.

Very difficult parking but offered garage. Unfortunately only daily rates so needed to pay a full day when our flight didn’t get us to the hotel until 4am. Our room was downgraded. Front desk staff was not available. Pantry in lobby not stocked with water or any beverages. Downgraded room was not clean. Rust and hair in shower. Black marks on the sheets of one bed. Blue stains on pillowcases.

Good place to stay with a dog.

All you hear is elevators all night going up and down. Didn’t like that parking wasn’t included, and also housekeeping left our door open after cleaning it. Luckily nothing was missing but that is just an unacceptable oversight.

Room was not ready until almost 6pm. Did not get a room with a view as purchased. Floor was not vacuumed as there were beads all over. Bathroom fan did not work. Light was out. Drain didn't work properly in shower. Bed was creaky and it was our honeymoon. Hotel said they would call to possibly fix charges and never did.
