Great spot! Super beautiful and luxury

I've stayed at the Brentwood Bay resort many, many times and always enjoyed it's tranquility and comfort. The staff are always very professional and competent.

Amazing getaway! Our room was so lovely with an amazing view of the bay. The spa was excellent and we enjoyed dining at the restaurants too. The staff were so friendly and we just had a great time overall.

The room was very clean and offered a great view. The staff was consistently helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was good; however, the portions were extremely small considering the prices charged. In addition, the table presentation, including the plates, cups, and cutlery, did not reflect the premium pricing. The hotel should review its restaurant pricing, portion sizes, and overall presentation to provide value that better matches its prices and make the dining experience more appealing to guests.

The resort and staff were all excellent, my complaint lies with the fact you have to wait until 4pm to access your room. By the time you receive your hotel key card, you have missed out on valuable time at their pool. Disappointing, considering how much the rooms cost.

Had a wonderful stay

Everything was great. Would not recommend the restaurant though. But everything else was perfect.

Upon arrival there was no offer to help with luggage. The gardens were unkempt which was a shame in such a location. Water placed in the fridge would have been welcome on a hot day. The room was standard but we did enjoy the comfort of the mattress and linens. The dinner we had was very good and compliments to the dinner chef. The breakfast the next morning was a DISASTER. Long time waiting, order was wrong, coffee was wrong. My spouse required GF meal and it came not GF. The food clearly had been sitting awhile and barely warm. The waitress acknowledged all the errors and removed the meals from the bill. Won’t be back.

Relaxing and good dining, location is ideal for a visit to Butchart Gardens.

Great location if you are looking for visit to the Butchart Garden. We enjoyed our stay and their restaurant/pub was good.

A great place to relax . Both the room and staff were excellent . In house restaurant was good . Far from downtown so rent a car and save a fortune in cab rides .
