Let me start by saying the older Man at the front desk when we first arrived was very nice. Our first night was fine. The next morning we untucked the comforter from the foot of the bed and there was blood stains and you could clearly tell it was never washed and they tried to hide it. So we requested a new one and it was brought right up. One of the pools was closed for two days which sucked because that’s why we chose to stay there was because they had an indoor and outdoor pool.

Stay was great. Very clean comfortable bed. Awesome Deposit rate of $25. Plenty of parking. Great location close to highway and everything. Fire and ice grill located inside the hotel was delicious. Pool outside was big and warm. Great atmosphere will stay again if ever in town.

The property is amazing and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful! The restaurant was a little pricey but the food was delicious and the cocktails were strong! Definitely will be coming back!!

Was good

The hotel was nice. We had a poolside room with a balcony that opened right next to the indoor pool. The pool area is beautiful and makes you feel like you are outside. The rooms were a nice size for a family. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and fresh cut fruit. There was a little altercation between two families while we were at the pool and security was quick to respond and take care of the situation.

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful, housekeeping even made the extra effort to walk us to our room when we looked lost. Loved having a patio to sit on. The iced area in the bar for your drink was so cool! We honestly can’t wait to stay again.

Oasis has everything you want in a great hotel right in the middle of Springfield. Clean rooms and facilities, friendly and accommodating staff, pools, splash pad for the kids, a coffee bar by the pool, restaurants and bar. We spent the night halfway between our destination and had a great experience with our three kids.

Didn't feel inviting, atmosphere was meh, for the amount. The child sprinkler system wasn't on, and ibwas with my 2 y/o grandbaby who loves the water. He wanted to play, my gracious..its more to it but i will keep it to myself.

Stayed in a king room and had a great experience. Breakfast was always fantastic - eggs, ham or sausage links/patties, potatoes, biscuits and a variety of drinks and other things. Very clean and well maintained.

Unique and tropical hotel with good service.

Indoor pool area with many live plants of all sizes created a special place. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and onsite restaurant was a plus.

This is our go to hotel when we have early fights out of Springfield/Branson. Love the Bar/Restaurant!!! Very comfortable beds!!

Great in town for a bowling tournament.

Never stayed there. I showed up at 1pm for check in , after driving for 13 hours. Lady says check in isn't til 4pm! They will say it's in our email we sent which I didn't get. Buy come on , who has a 4pm check in? It's always at latest 2p. lady won't give me a refund. Says I can call you once a room is finished with maid service, I say great! But....there is 11 people in front of you . Oh so you mean they didn't know about 4p check in either? Hmmm. This is 1pm , I'm not waiting 3 hours? Where? I have people meeting in room before 4 , relatives. So I left and went next door , got a room , was in room in less than 10 minutes. Still wouldn't refund
