The hotel lost power for the evening. This website would not credit us back and the hotel said they could do nothing as we did not book with them directly. Lesson learned, we will not be using this website again as there is no protection

I chose the hotel due to my budget. Staff were great, but the facility needs more love. Edmonton had a torrential rain storm the night we stayed over for 1 night. Power went out while we were out and came back about 4am. But after our event, we came back to our room to a puddle on our room floor. Judging by the flooring, this seems to have occurred before, but it was distressing. We had no idea where the water came from other than it wasn't from the roof, we were on the top floor.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the junior suite for the Post Malone concert. The first day it was hot and humid out. The bedroom that had the AC unit in was nice and cool but the other bedroom was humid and no air flow whatsoever. I needed to iron some shirts, so when I went to use the iron it leaked everywhere (all over the shirts, ironing board and all over the floor). The second night Edmonton there was a bad storm and the power went out around 9:30pm. We heard kids running around the hallways laughing, and the neighbors sounded like they were partying until around 2am. I got up to do laundry this morning at 6:30am and the one washer was out of order. I put my first load in the dryer and second load in the washer. After 30 mins, the dryer stopped. I checked my dryer and my clothes were still damp. I put another $2 in the dryer and nothing happened. The dryer ate my money and it wouldn't turn on. I went to the front desk and told them what happened. They didnt seem too concerned and told me maintenance would be in after 8am and I would have to wait. I ended up taking my laundry to the laundromat and got everything done. When I checked out of the hotel I wasn't given any compensation for the power being out for as long as it was or for the inconvenience of their dryer breaking down. I am not happy about our stay here.

Rooms needs upgrades but decent room for what we needed.

Our first room had issues, so we were moved to another room that was also an upgrade. That one was nice. The restaurant is also quite good.

The room were nice, great location to crash. The weather has been very warm, there’s no ac in rooms but still very nice overall. Would go back again.

Decent hotel, staff was friendly. Showers could use new shower heads. Nice that there was a restaurant in the hotel and Boston Pizza right beside the hotel.

Super bien dormi

The place is kinda old. The bed was soft so it sunk down when we sleep. Other than that, it's walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores.

Comfortable room, clean and quiet

We had the family room for 4 of us. The ac worked great but it was very noisy. The TV worked but none of the channels lined up with the guide and there were no kids channels it was all sports and adult shows. The staff were really nice and the location was in a good spot.

Parking was close to the hotel, some housekeeping items can be improved to elevate the quality of the stay.
