Great location, very close to beach and front line shops, bars and restaurants and also close to the Main Street and old town. Very comfortable accommodation with added benefit of kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge etc. Very clean and staff friendly. The pool is small but adequate and right temperature (in June). No problem getting sun lounger as many guests on the beach. Have stayed here probably about 10 times over the last ten years and will not want to stay anywhere else. It also has a very small car park for quests. A great find.

Jeg har bodd på hotel el Faro 2 år på rad nå. Det er veldig avslappende og roligt på hotellet samt med bassenget. Men en av de ansatte ble veldig sur når jeg spurte om vann på kvelden. Jeg trengte vann mtp at jeg var veldig tørst og tør i munnen men dette va såvidt jeg fekk vann oppi min flakse. Veldig skuffet og dårlige kunde opplevelse med d! Dette kan føre til jeg ikke kommer tilbake til dette hotellet.

The images were quite misleading. The room and bathroom were not like any of the pictures shown. The pool was very small. It was all very out dated. On a positive note, the aircon in the bedroom was very good. Beds were comfy and the location was great for the beach -5 mins walk, Marbella old town-10 mins walk and well worth it and fabulous bars and restaurants in the area were plentiful.

Nice little hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly nice and quiet not the best pool but your right on the beach so we never really used it overall good value for money

Jag blev ”utlåst” en timma för de var tvungna byta dörrlåset. Fick vänta med blöta badkläder och blev två timmar sen till ett födelsedagsfirande. Rummet och Hotel annars helt ok

Very central, lovely staff, only downside was a school and paddle board courts behind which could be noisy in the early mornings but we got used to it after a couple of days.

L’hotel est très bien placé. A 2 minutes de la mer et du centre. Les chambres sont très propres , la literie impeccable . Tout le personnel est incroyable . Gentil, toujours disponibles. L'accueil est ouvert 24/24. Les chambres ont toutes la climatisatîons , un coffre , un grand frigo et un balcon. Seul point négatif la salle de bain qui est vraiment vieillissante et petite.

This is a great hotel where its greatest asset is its location. The beach is across the street and there are shops and restaurants everywhere. The daytime reception host seemed a bit off. At one point I’d come down to ask a question and there were already three people in line and I waited while he was talking to the person I believe taking the next shift right in front of everyone. Speaking very loudly and for five minutes all they did was talk to each other. With a line of people you should be devoting all your attention to the people in the line and then when you have no line you can take care of your own business. He made several errors with our room, but eventually straightened everything out. Overall, it’s a good hotel and the other people work in the reception desk were very nice and friendly.
