Ive been to multiple motels in the North County area, this is the first time Ive actually stayed at a place that I’d call “bug infested.” I saw a couple here and there when I first arrived, but the morning after.. oh my, I turned on the lights and SO MANY bugs scattered away into crevices. They look like small beatles, maybe not roaches but its definitely an infestation. Decided to stay at a different motel6 a few miles from this one and no bugs! Feel bad giving a bad review, the staff was nice and its in a good location, just need to fix their bug problem, major downside

Excellent service, and a good standard of motel.

Motel has good location, close to many places around San Diego. I needed a second parking pass, was not allowed to have another. Room had pungent cleaner smell. We believe one bed had bed bugs.

I didn’t like the room I got the 2nd night. Noisy AC and a poor bathroom condition.

The place is dying of a thorough removation! The 2nd flloor landing isnt even! Its unsafe i feel it might collapse anytime. The linens looks dirty white & smells cigarette ( hope they use linens for the non smoking rooms) its just worth the price. There is a lady that lives down us looks like a longterm resident & looking creepy & unkept!

Unpleasant smell in the room. Very noisy from the road. The bathroom is terrible. The paint is all peeling. The floor was dirty. Dust on the headboard. The towels are very small. The bar of soap was tiny. In the morning someone from the neighboring room was arrested.

The lady at the front desk was nice and patient she’s great

lady at desk was abrupt..the only thing about this place i would stay again for is the water pressure in our room happened to be ridiculously good. a room 2 doors down the pressure was not good. do not stay here...stay farrrr away

Floor definitely wasnt cleaned. Cleaned room while i was gone, took dirty towels but didnt leave new ones.

The bathroom was old ,the porcelain or paint was completely coming off the bathtub,they taped or glued part of the bathroom wall on. Plus there was a spider in there. There were only 3 pillows on the king size bed ,no shampoo,no hairdryer,etc ... For over $200. I think not.

I have to say that this particular place has improved since I was here last, almost a year ago I believe. The beds are more comfortable and the cleanliness of the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Also seeing that this place comes standard with both a mini fridge and a microwave without the need to upgrade to a higher priced room really made this place worth while. And along with that, you have a lot of dinning and shopping options with the premium outlet center close by.

Overall good. Just freeway noise.

It was horrible I payed for the room and it took me 4 hours to get checked in by some lady at the front desk who was really not helpful

Love this property but right now the prices are a little high. Been staying here forever and it’s convenient and less stress for our pet.

Noisy tenants above 1st 2 nights ..went to office and were moved rather than fix the issue, to a room upstairs with a smaller tv and desk so no clothes shelves...shower was moldy..nither bathroom door would close..the tub had 1/2 the coating off on both units...floors in both were so dirty your feet would turn black...so 1st 2 nights almost no sleep as whomever was above never slept and stomped and argued only to have to uproot 1/2 way through our vacation to a lesser room upstairs even...i paid extra for early check-in np...lady said she would tell the manager, however never heard a word...that wss our 3rd time at this hotel and will definitely be our last there and probably any motel 6
