Rating & Review Keseluruhan Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olean/Allegany

I was pleasantly surprised! I haven't stayed at a Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham before. I arrived close to midnight. The woman at the desk was so sweet and so helpful. It was nice to have great hospitality upon arrival after a long drive. The room was really neat. The vibe is fun and fresh but what I really appreciated was all the unique hooks and drawers and accommodations in the room. When I travel, I like to really settle into my hotel room and this made it really comfortable and convenient for me. Overall, I loved my stay here and would absolutely stay here again.

First time staying there and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Hotel was also very quiet considering it was at full capacity.

Bed foundations are made of some weird raised metal base that makes a big noise every time you move on it TV has very low internet speed so every time you try to watch a channel it takes 20 minutes for it to stop buffering Free coffee is horrible Room was clean Staff were very friendly and attentive

Kim at the front desk was absolutely amazing! We stay here a lot and they are always so friendly and welcome! Best hotel to stay in Olean!

Very convenient if you are visiting Saint Bonaventure University, within walking distance. Nice lobby area

The stay was good. Clean, small rooms, tv kept fading out at all hours despite my alerting the front desk... It was still that way when I left three days later. Room 230. I was travelling by myself so the tv would have been nice. Food was pre-prepared but not inedible... Coffee was hot and I made the best motel waffle of my life while sipping it...

Enjoyed our stay

Nothing unique but was nice being next door to a Dunkin donuts because we don't have one in Oklahoma where we live. Nice area to walk. Quiet. college nearby. Applebee's down the road.

My cable television was coming in and out i called and they restarted it but it happened all night

Its always a very nice place to stay. This was my first time back since renovations were done and I love it. The staff is always awesome and friendly.

Property and rooms were well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Reminder - this is a pet-friendly hotel so if you are bothered by some barking, reconsider.

only problem we had was we ran out of tp in the middle of the night and had o get dressed and get some. very clan and the staff on the whole were very friendly complimentary breakfast was fine

I use a walker. When I checked in/out, I explained I needed someone to carry my luggage. The staff graciously helped.

First time staying at Microtel . Rooms are petite but clean and quiet . Wouk not stay for a long stay but one night was fine .

Loved size of TV, however, picture kept pixelating and/or going out on all channels. Had to repeatedly call front desk.

Attending SBU reunion across the street. Easy reservations and checking & out; clean spacious room; plenty of towels; quiet room; front desk people were lovely. Parking easy Enjoyed my stay
