직원은 친절한편이였고 방은 매우 넓고 전망이 좋았습니다. 온수풀도 있어 물놀이 가능하고 단점이라면 주변에 식당이너 주점이 없어 불편했네요.

Awesome Staff! Very Friendly made you feel relaxed and like you were Family!

The Staff was the best part. The photos do not show the wear and tear of the place. They seem like they are edited of very old photos. Still clean though. The room service is actually a pickup service. The cocktail lounge is why I booked. No music was playing and it was the warmest space in the hotel. I didn't have more than one drink over my two-night stay. The breakfast had great options, but many items were not kept warm. Will be in Okinawa a lot over the years would not book at the price for the over all experience again.

スタッフの対応が良くとても良かった

글로벌호텔체인들이 주는 조식이 아닌 로컬화 되어 있지만 조식은 대체로 만족. 전형적인 일본호텔 조식이고 가짓수가 다양합니다. 그러나 호텔 소음방음이 전혀 안됩니다. 오키나와는 학생 수학여행지로 유명한데 학생들이 자주 묵는 호텔이 이곳임을 상기하십시요. 매우 시끄럽습니다. 방은 깨끗흑ㅎ 넓으나 언제나 방음이 문제입니다.

朝食のメニューは宣伝されているほどではなかった。

遅くチェックインしたので駐車場が遠かったのが少し気になるが、予約よりも広い部屋で、特にソファベッドが快適でした。バルコニーからの眺望も十分で、カーテンの遮光もしっかりしていてゆっくり寝られました。朝食メニューも充実しており、スタッフの対応も手際良かったです。

Large room and great staff

高齢で車椅子の母が一緒でしたがフロント・料飲スタッフには親切に対応してもらい、ありがとうございました。部屋も広くて景観も良く最高でした。朝食は種類が豊富で味もBerry good でした。

アメニティが充実していてシャンプー等毎日お試し感覚で色々なものを使いました 子供向けのお菓子がたくさんあり毎日変わるので子供達が大喜び！お菓子食べ放題を楽しむ毎日でした 部屋着は120までしかなく小学校高学年生が着れる140〜150があると良かったです スタッフ

Buyer beware. The advertising all says there will be discounts on meals with a reservation the day before. The advertising includes discounted rates for holidays. HOWEVER, the hotel did NOT honor their own advertising and charged full price at the cash on holidays. We challenged this unsuccessfully. ALSO: breakfasts had virtually no variation from day to day (unheard of for other hotels in Okinawa at this price point), and the hotel would only give us ONE of the TWO free drinks promised by Expedia. The staff were generally friendly, and we liked our room, but the issues we experienced appeared to be systematic. We will NOT be going back. I'd advise you to think twice about going as it's stressful to not feel good about eating at the hotel restaurant and therefore feel that you have to leave to eat, rather than staying in if that's what you'd prefer.

客室の清掃や綺麗さもとても良く、サービスの割に値段もリーズナブルでした。 強いて言うならば…エアコン（空調システム）が全室管理されていて温度の設定がこちらで出来なくて…寒がりの私はとても寒い思いをしました。 また、受付の際に2人ほど並んでいて、私は眠っている幼児を抱っこして、隣に1年生の子供がいて、荷物を引いている状態でした。手の空いているスタッフさんは見ているだけで、前の受付が終わったスタッフさんもなかなか、声を掛けてくださらず…（外出中に預けた鍵を貰うだけだったのですが）かなり辛かったです。スタッフの、皆さんは其々の仕事があると思うので仕方ないかと思いますが、せめて手荷物のカート欲しかったなと。 しかし、全体的にとても満足しています。 機会があればまた、利用させていただきたいです。

친절하고 방 컨디션도 좋았습니다. 주차장도 무리 없었구요. 조식은 준수한 편 입니다.

普通の朝食を出す。 使わない食事券を買い物券に変更するなど。

Muslim friendly/ hahal foods will be great to have.

I accidentally booked the wrong hotel. But to my surprised it was nice. Staff was friendly, unlimited snack bar and essential uses. Their buffet for dinner was really good. Over all happy.

櫃檯接待很親切熱心 大廳寬敞氣派 房間乾淨空間很大 雖設施整體不是很新 但維持得還很好

房間寬敞潔淨，有免費泊車設施，員工有禮，入住非常愉快，值得推介。

Breakfast buffet could have been better. Good location to most attractions and Rycon Aeon if self-drive.
