Nice staff and clean hotel

The shower clogged overnight. We woke up to a horrendous odor. Dirt came out of the train. There was no cleaning staff onsite. They offered to change our room at 6am. We declined and checked out.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful. It was late and she was very kind and stayed positive. We bought a room with 2 queen beds and when we arrived they had none available which was a little frustrating. Also, they made us pay for parking…in their parking lot…very confusing and odd. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Pull out sofa was not comfortable at all like most others.

It was an overall nice property. They do have a parking fee now but $5 isn't bad to pay for parking.

All staff interactions were polite but extremely slow. Additional staff is needed for check in and breakfast service so the waits don't become as extensive. The room was lovely. However, with only gauzy curtains on the windows, the lights from the mall area are quite bright throughout the night.

Rose the bartender was so friendly; coffee was hot and delicious every morning. There was a roach in the window.

Stay to visit Family Staff were super nice very helpful, the hotel looks great and its in a good location. Parking is free but they do charge a $50 incidentals fee thats on hold until the end of the trip and then return to you. Overall would stay here again.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. What's not to like?

Excellent staff, from check-in to check-out. Great space to hang out with our son before we had drop him off at the base.

Great spot to stay for a night! They have modern renovated rooms and great service. I happened to come here twice in a week. I left my water bottle the first time, and was very delighted when I asked if they had a lost and found and still had my bottle. I would’ve assumed they threw out items that were left behind. I appreciated it!

Staff: most personable and friendly; made my stay better. Room temperature: not satisfactory, too warm. Breakfast: highly enjoyable.
