Vi bor på anläggningen just nu och blev tyvärr väldigt besvikna med tanke på att detta ska vara ett fyrstjärnigt resortboende med spa och golf vid havet. Anläggningen har potential tack vare läget, men servicen och standarden lever absolut inte upp till förväntningarna. Servicen är väldigt långsam och personalen känns inte särskilt hjälpsam eller engagerad. När vi bad om en enkel sak som en gaffel till rummet tog det cirka 1,5 timme innan den kom. Vi hade även problem med myror både inne i rummet och ute på terrassen, och trots att vi bad om hjälp tog det ungefär tre timmar innan någon kom. Samma sak när AC:n inte fungerade, det tog omkring två timmar innan någon kom för att fixa problemet. Utbudet av restauranger är också en besvikelse. Två av tre restauranger håller låg kvalitet och maten motsvarar inte nivån man förväntar sig på en resort i denna prisklass. Poolområdet var dessutom under arbete under vistelsen, och hela anläggningen känns sliten och i behov av renovering. Mycket känns kvar från 80-talet utan att ha uppdaterats ordentligt. Frukosten var tyvärr också väldigt svag! Litet utbud, dåligt presenterat och inte särskilt fräscht. Det positiva är framför allt läget vid havet och området runt omkring, men totalt sett lever inte hotellet upp till sina fyra stjärnor.

Property in a very nice area with nice view if you get sea view room. The downside to this property is EVERYTHING cost extra. Breakfast not included, 3 restaurants in hotel but portion sizes not worth the price. Hotel offers airport shuttle but it is the same price as taking a taxi, I recommend catching the train everywhere. I messaged the property before my arrival about checking in and shuttle and no reply. Staff was only there to check me in and out. I got stuck on the elevator and called numerous times with no answer. I sat there nearly in a panic before the doors decided to open after pressing all the buttons numerous times. I was missing a towel in my room and called to receive no answer. I did feel safe during my stay and the location was quiet. The room is outdated as far a furniture but I was only staying a short time. My room TV did not work. This property is okay if you want a nice view for a good price but don’t expect nothing more than that. Is it located right on the beach so that’s always nice as well. I was a solo traveler for 3 days.

Beau séjour tarif excessif parking intérieur à 22 euros la nuit… SPA déjà complet dommage pour nous…. Cadre sympathique, personnel agréable et accueillant, service agréable et efficace. Très bon séjour. 👍

Old hotel, lot of noise, great view

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-organized. All the amenities were excellent and worked exactly as expected. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of this property. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to improve. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful location. Room has all that we needed. The buffet breakfast was the best we have seen in Europe!

La suite était magnifique avec une vue incroyable et les petits déjeuners très bien. Ainsi que la piscine chauffée et jacuzzi vue sur le golf ! Nous reviendrons !
